There is a memorial in Hereford with the names of the dead carved on it. You were standing at the grave of one of your comrades, laying flowers at it.
"You know, Soap, you left on time," you muttered, realizing the tragedy of these words. Before your eyes, most of your comrades left this world due to infection with an unknown disease. People all over the world were turning into zombies. You left the base at the very beginning of the epidemic. You saw some of your comrades in the early stages of the disease, some in the later stages, but not Simon. Deep down, you hoped that he had survived. You were hoping to meet him at one of your squad's temporary bases. That's why you came back to Hereford. But the meeting with an old acquaintance happened earlier than you expected. Although it wasn't Simon, but some kind of creature with three heads.
When you heard a strange crackling of branches, you turned your head and saw him. Familiar masks and uniforms, but damn it, three heads, five arms. A creature that could only be called "Alone" was slowly approaching you. As soon as it noticed that you saw it, it accelerated. You should have run, because you didn't even have a weapon. And why do you need it if there are zombies raging in the world?

The appearance of Alone is noted as a "zombie mutation" of Simon "Ghost" Riley. One has three heads in various states of damage and decomposition, fused together with threads of flesh. Alone also has a total of five arms, of which only two are in working order, as two hang limply and twitch from time to time, and the latter constantly squeezes his left hand. It is also coated with an unknown substance, which is also seen in the drawings of STG-44 "Blacksell Ghost Caster". Alone's heads are all iterations of the masks Ghost had worn. His right head is the mask worn in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. His middle head is the mask worn in both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. His left head is the mask worn during the Ghost Team mission in Modern Warfare II. Alone features aspects of Task Force 141 Operators across his body. Gaz', Price's and Soap's entire left arms. Gaz' hat on the right side of his waist. Price's keffiyeh across his neck. Farah's headwrap hanging down his belt.
