1- mickey : Mikey is usually a carefree teenager who loves to joke and play pranks around those he considers his close friends. He cares for them greatly and is determined to protect their honor. He rarely shows any sign of weakness, as he believes himself to be the foundation and support for Toman, and if the pillar himself were to display weakness, Toman would also be weakened. As Toman's leader, his aura changes dramatically, becoming imposing and commanding. While Toman's members respect Mikey, they also hold a degree of fear towards him and his immense prowess. Mikey is also concerned for Toman on an individual level, as shown when he decides to rally the entire gang to seek revenge for one of its member's friends. Despite his imposing aura as Toman's leader, Mikey is still a child at heart. He has childish tendencies and loves to sleep whenever he feels like it. The events that transpire throughout the story force Mikey to quickly mature. He is still an incredibly charismatic leader, but there is now an underlying melancholy beneath the surface. Indeed, within Mikey, there exists a great darkness. He is forced to carry the burdens of a troubling past, teetering between treading the right path and succumbing to that darkness. He usually hides this with his carefree grin. Without the right people to guide him, he becomes corrupted, turning into one of the most heinous criminals in the present. It is a large mission of Takemichi to make sure Mikey never veers off the right path ever again. According to Emma, Mikey often acts strong and never shows weakness to anyone even when people close to him die, and in truth, is very weak on the inside that people like Takemichi and herself need to support him when he needs it. Even in instances where Mikey succumbs to that darkness, there are conflicting aspects of his personality and contradicting behavior. He is seen to be attracted to and seeking to embrace a life of violence, committing multiple atrocities or otherwise enabling his enforcers to carry them out without any apparent sign of emotional response, acting with indifference and a cold poker face, being even capable of hurting or even gunning down dear friends of his. At the same time, he tries to distance himself from his friends, likely knowing he won't be able to control his impulses, trying to separate himself from taking central command of his crew, and even going as far as attempting suicide as a means to seek both solace and a way to put an end to the chaos he helps create. The central catalyst for this darkness is loss. As Mikey's loved ones either suffer or die, it affects Mikey on a very personal level, to the point he later claims their souls guide him[8], much to the surprise and worry of everyone present who question the veracity of said statements. Along with the increasing body count, Mikey's mental and emotional state deteriorates accordingly. Although he is still capable of acting composed and normal the effects of this growing darkness become more apparent even to Mikey himself. It is a result of this loss that renders Mikey vulnerable to manipulation and subsequently degrades his moral compass. In fact, in every timeline with a dark future, the cornerstone was triggered through the death of those closest to Mikey which allowed third parties to fill the void in his heart with evil. However, it was revealed that the darkness was a result of his older brother, Shinichiro, who acquired the ability to time leap to save Mikey from an accident which resulted his death. As a result, it created a curse that was a result of Shinichiro killing the original time leaper and affected those around Shinichiro and Mikey. Believing he couldn't contain his darkness any further, he distanced himself so he could prevent them from dying because of the curse. However after he and Takemichi both time-leaped into the distant past, the curse has ceased to exist and Mikey is finally free from his violent impulses.Mikey is a teenager of below-average height with pitch-black piercing eyes and long blonde hair that is only tied at the top with the hair on the sides moving freely. In the original timeline, adult Mikey's hair was slicked back, and he still had his CB250T motorcycle. In his second appearance as an adult, Mikey appears with short black hair and a dragon tattoo on his neck similar to the ones Draken and Takashi Mitsuya have. He rides a CB205T owned previously by his brother, Shinichiro Sano. [6] In the latest present timeline, he has short white hair with a middle part undercut hairstyle and a Bonten tattoo on his nape with a design similar to his adoptive brother's, Izana Kurokawa's, earrings. He is noted to be thinner, deranged, and with heavy bags under his eyes. In the final time leap, he has a short black hair which is parted at the middle. He is seen wearing a dark blue suit and a racing helmet and suit seen in a visualization of Mikey racing. Authority As the leader of Toman, Mikey has absolute control over its members. His presence is able to strengthen the entire gang as a whole, amplifying everyone's strength, making Toman an incredibly formidable and dangerous opponent for enemies. Fighting Prowess Mikey is regarded as the strongest member of Toman and arguably the series from a fighting standpoint. His epithet, the Invincible Mikey, is indicative of his strength and how he is revered among other delinquent groups. He is strong enough to incapacitate other elite gang members with a single kick, and his enemies often remark that they cannot believe that he is a mere teenager. He favors kicks more than punches, as it deals much more damage and eliminates his height disadvantage, making him able to go toe-to-toe with tall opponents. Although he has great punching ability, his kicks have crushed cars. The destructive power behind his legs is so infamous, his kicks are regarded as being "nuclear".[9] On top of his fighting ability, Mikey possesses a prodigious physical condition manifested in multiple ways. For one, his lightning-fast reflexes make him insusceptible to surprise attacks.[10] His leg strength is such that he could not only lift an entire person holding him with one leg but also use that same leg to deliver a devastating instant KO kick to another enemy, defeating both instantly. It is later shown that a combined force of Draken, Mitsuya, Chifuyu, and Peh-yan was unable to defeat Mikey.Martial Arts Unlike most delinquents, Mikey has actual martial arts experience that was honed into him ever since he was a child. He was trained karate by his grandfather who runs a dojo and recognized as a prodigy. Due to this, his fighting sense, flexibility, and reflexes are unparalleled. His signature and finishing move is a high right roundhouse kick that is executed at a blinding speed to the opponent's temple, which has caught all but the strongest opponents off guard. It hooks the opponent's head and slams it into the ground. Almost all who are hit by this kick get knocked out instantly. This kick has also been seen done using Mikey's left leg. Endurance Mikey is also shown to have remarkable endurance and resilience. He has been hit by blows that would have knocked out most individuals, yet he can still shake them off and keep fighting. The few times that he has been knocked out, he awoke quite quickly. Even when beaten down and taking what would otherwise be potentially fatal damage, his offensive ability does not diminish in the least, to the point he was capable of knocking an enemy with a single headbutt despite being already slammed repeatedly with a pipe. Charisma Mikey is blessed with unparalleled charisma, something noted by both insiders and rival delinquents, which allows him to maintain his crew in line and garner the respect of other gang leaders. This charisma is, however, a double-edged sword, as while he has the potential to rally and lead the entire delinquent world under his banner, this power can easily become distorted and incredibly destructive. By manipulating Mikey into evil, third parties are effectively capable of weaponizing Mikey's charisma for their own agenda, creating the most dangerous gangs possible in the present in multiple timelines while ruling behind scenes as the true masterminds. Advertisement Intuition Mikey has a rather unique and fairly keen sense of intuition that manifests in differing somewhat supernatural ways. Upon his first encounter with Takemichi, he was somehow able to tell that he was not a normal middle schooler, although he couldn't fully understand the true extent of Takemichi's nature, and remained somewhat suspicious about who and what he was, due to being capable of somewhat predict future events. When Takemichi grabbed Mikey's hand in the present, traveling back 10 years into the past, the Mikey of the time was able to sense that Takemichi had time leaped once more. Another application manifests as a result of his deep bond with his friends. Due to this Mikey is capable of detecting their wills. He correctly deduced that Mitsuya was going to do something on Christmas night and even discern his location, saving his friends from a predicament. He claims that his big brother and Baji's souls guided him.[11][12] Mechanical Knowledge As the younger brother of Shinichiro, an expert mechanic, Mikey possesses abundant knowledge about machines, motorbikes in particular. He can fix and assemble parts of a motorbike well. 2-draken : Like the president, vice-president Draken is also quite the wild individual. He loves a good fight and relishes meeting strong opponents. He is rude to those he considers beneath him and makes it clear he does not like them. Unlike Mikey, Draken is the more mature and logical of the two. When the two are being scolded in the hospital by the father of a girl who was assaulted by Moebius, Draken is the one who forces Mikey down to apologize, understanding the man's rage and that it was better to receive his anger without a word than to try and defend themselves. When Pah-chin decides to take the fall and responsibility for Toman by deliberately getting arrested, Mikey tries to get Pah-chin to run. However, Draken stops him, saying that it is the right thing for Pah-chin to do. There are times when Draken's anger gets the best of him, though, and he lashes out in rage. Draken is also a very caring individual. He hates overtly showing affection to the ones he cares about but will go to great lengths to take care of Mikey. He puts up with Mikey's antics and values him as a close friend, carries Mikey around when he falls asleep, takes him to eat his favorite foods, and wakes him up every morning for school. In addition, he gave Emma a plushie for her birthday, and Emma notes that it was one that she had been wanting for a while.Draken is a muscular teenager who is exceptionally tall for his age. His head is shaven on the sides and back to expose his signature dragon tattoo on his left temple. His blonde hair is long on the top of his head and kept in a neat braid. He leaves a few strands of hair loose in the front. He is confirmed to be quite lean and has chiseled abdominal muscles. Takemichi remarked that his body does not seem like that of a teenager. Draken has a scar on the left side of his abdomen after being stabbed. He wears the standard Toman Toppoku while with the gang, and his favorite casual outfit seems to be a patterned long jacket. 3- takemchi : Takemichi was an individual who has lost his sense of direction. Thus, he had low self-esteem, always apologizing for even the smallest things and easily crying. As noted by those around him and even himself, all he is good for is apologizing. He also holds a grudge towards wealthy people because he himself is not very financially stable.[11] However, going back in time again and again gradually molds Takemichi into a completely different person. Slowly, he turns from a coward into a man with unshakable conviction. Even facing insurmountable odds, he refuses to back down. He becomes the one who holds Toman together through their hardships and turns into its unofficial leader, guiding even Mikey and Draken onto the right paths. During even Toman's lowest points, it is Takemichi's unyielding spirit that pushes on his fellow companions. Takemichi challenges Kiyomasa (anime) Takemichi's unwavering spirit to protect his friends. Takemichi is completely loyal to those he considers his friends and fiercely protective of them. He is willing to risk his very life to ensure that they are safe and sound. This loyalty spurs his determination to create a better future for the ones he cares about. This is shown through his countless leaps back in time to change the gruesome outcome of his loved ones. In a fight, Takemichi has never backed down. He is more willing to be beaten within an inch of his life than to admit defeat. This has become a huge source of inspiration for Toman's members and has proven instrumental even against all odds. Takemichi is noted to be very similar in personality to Shinichiro Sano with Draken pointing out both are "weak to women, weak at fights, but reliable". Due to being mentally an adult when he time leaps 12 years into the past, Takemichi tends to address others more politely. Takemichi has horrible hygiene and habits as he neglects cleaning his room and has become accustomed to its disgusting state.Takemichi stands at an average height with a light complexion. He has bleached yellow hair kept in a faux hawk but sometimes has it down in a tousled style. He bears blue/gray eyes both in the anime and manga. He has a scar on his left hand from a stab wound and another scar on his left foot from a bullet wound, although it is never shown.[9] He usually wears either his high school uniform consisting of a white button-up and dark pants, or his gang attire comprising of a black tokkō-fuku with the Toman logo and manifesto woven on the sides and Keisuke Baji's white sash. He also wears a matching clover necklace with Hina.[10] In the final time leap, Takemichi always keeps his hair tousled. In 2005, Takemichi wore the Mizo Middle School uniform, which consisted of a white dress shirt with a black blazer, black slacks, and loafers. As an adult, Takemichi has tousled wavy black hair. He wears plain casual clothes, and sometimes his work uniform from the Authority As a captain in Toman, Takemichi has power over his squadron and can lead them as he wishes. His outstanding leadership has been instrumental in strengthening Toman as a whole. Charisma Takemichi is noted by many people to possess an extensive charisma similar to Shinichiro Sano. He has constantly inspired Toman members throughout every fight. His charisma is more prominent after the Kanto Incident and was fought over by top delinquents to have him on their respective teams. Reputation Over the course of the series, Takemichi has seen a notorious rise in his name. As he travels to the past and gets himself involved in many fairly dangerous incidents and elevates his status inside of Toman, it has greatly bolstered his delinquent career in stark contrast with his fighting ability. As his many exploits and feats have become public knowledge within the delinquent world, it has granted him an elevated status to the point he was a target for recruitment by some of the most infamous gangs after the Tokyo Sengoku Period. Despite lacking the fighting aptitude normally associated with one with such a historical, those who have witnessed him are fairly aware of Takemichi's character including many just as infamous and more powerful delinquents, which further propels his image. When he openly declared his intentions to defeat the infamous Mikey when surrounded by both Brahman and Rokuhara Tandai, there was not the tiniest shred of doubt among the central figures from either nor from Draken or Seishu Inui, a testament that they believe he is capable of such a nigh impossible feat. The only exception being South Terano likely by virtue of personally not knowing Takemichi himself. Advertisement Endurance Takemichi is nowhere near the strongest fighter, but he is noted to be one of the, if not the most, resilient fighters thus far. He has been shown to take blows that would have knocked cold anyone else and still stand up and even retaliate. Among his greatest demonstrations of durability include, but are not limited to: Being stabbed in his hand with a knife and still being able to fight competently and defeat a much stronger enemy; Taking a bullet to the foot and still being able to run in pursuit of his enemy; Getting ambushed with a brick to his head to fundamentally no effect, even though he was already beaten to a bloody pulp. Thus, his willpower and ability to take hits are his forte. Fighting Prowess Takemichi is quite lacking in his attack power. His strength and fighting abilities are around the average delinquent's. Rarely has he won by himself, but his resilience has stalled enemies enough to allow more powerful allies time to rush to the scene countless times. If the situation is desperate enough, his willpower makes it nigh impossible to knock him down and allows him to significantly weaken foes stronger than him through exhaustion. Takemichi's strength scales depending on how high the stakes are. Normally, he has trouble against a few regular delinquents, but he has temporarily knocked down an incredibly strong fighter in his desperation before. His fighting abilities have nonetheless, been shown to improve over time. Nonetheless, Takemichi lacks finesse and technique in his approach even downright resorting to methods considered disgraceful such as biting. He is later capable of overwhelming the likes of Tetta Kisaki in a one-on-one fight, and even kicking the gun Kisaki held at Takemichi out of his hands before he could even react, and all of that, despite being previously beaten to an inch of his life and having a gunshot on his foot. He is also capable fighting on par with Kakucho, where he sent the latter flying with a single punch during his fight against Kanto Manji. Advertisement Time Travel Takemichi suggests shaking hands (manga) Takemichi requires a handshake with a trigger person to time leap. Takemichi possesses a supernatural skill that allows him to time travel. However, he is only able to travel back exactly 12 years. Also, whenever he is in the past, the present timeline does not stop, but keeps going for however long Takemichi is in the past. To trigger this ability, he must shake hands with Naoto Tachibana in the present to go back to the past and shake hands with him in the past to go back to the present. Whatever Takemichi does has an impact on the present, which allows him to change the future. This time leaping ability has several side effects, for one it causes memory lapses to occur. When Takemichi travels to the past, he often finds himself in situations he does not understand, as his past self still lived his life normally with Takemichi having to piece together how he came to where he is and what he was doing. The same holds true when he jumps back into the present, whether this has changed or not Takemichi awakens with no knowledge of what he was doing at that point in time. Another effect involves his own persona since his present and past selves are comparably different despite being the same person. Many note that Takemichi acts more mature at certain intervals and wonder about his drastic personality changes. Whenever Takemichi travels to the past, he is in full control of his body and is the dominant entity. It is not known if his past self has any awareness of his future self's time-traveling abilities or whether the past self remains conscious or aware of any of the actions of his future self when it takes over. This ability to travel in time triggers based on a strong, mutual desire to change specific events in the past to alter the future. When Naoto no longer had any major inclination to change time as he had achieved his goals, Takemichi was unable to travel in time. This ability to travel in time is not limited exclusively to Naoto, but can be triggered by shaking the hands of another individual with whom he shares a strong desire to change events. As of the Final Arc, Takemichi is capable of time leaping by shaking hands with Mikey, however, in this case, he is only able to travel back 10 years into the past. Although this difference in time leaping ability is not fully explained as of yet, it can be hinted that Takemichi can leap only at the precise point of time where his actions can have the greatest impact. Even though the effects of his interventions on the timeline seem to occur immediately after Takemichi alters certain aspects, the full extent of what has changed is not immediately known to either Takemichi or Naoto. In fact, whenever Takemichi alters the timeline, Naoto is ignorant of any change that occurred, and lives his life normally, as if the time leaping never existed in the first place. It is only when Takemichi travels back into the present that Naoto remembers about the time leaping, thus serving as an instant alert to Naoto that Takemichi has returned. It can be argued that the reverse is true, when Takemichi travels to the past, the past version of the people whom he shook hands with will sense him too. Although Naoto is not seen knowing this, the past Mikey was able to sense that Takemichi was back in the past. There is a significant limitation to this power, however. In order for Takemichi to time leap back into the present, both he and the person he shook hands with must be alive. If either is dead, then Takemichi is effectively stuck in the past no matter how many times he shakes hands with the person in the present. When this happens his only means to return to the present is by changing the timeline so that both people will live in the present. It is revealed that he inherited this power from his predecessor, Shinichiro Sano, in the current timeline after the latter successfully saved his younger brother, Mikey from an accident in the past, and saved both Takemichi and Hina from middle school bullies, few months before Shinichiro is accidentally killed by Kazutora Hanemiya. Takemichi first awakened this power in the first timeline of Kisaki's reign involving Hina's first death.[12] Advertisement Foresight Takemichi blocks Mikey (manga) Takemichi using his foresight to block one of Mikey's attacks. After meeting up with Senju Kawaragi, Takemichi sees a future vision of her demise. The triggers for this power are unknown. He also felt her blood on his hands and clothing. An extension of this power of his was already foreshadowed previously as he had been able at times to catch glimpses of events he himself had no knowledge of but that had already occurred, such as Mikey murdering Kazutora Hanemiya during the Bloody Halloween or when Hinata Tachibana rejected Tetta Kisaki whenever he confessed to her.[13][14] During his rematch with Manjiro Sano, Takemichi's ability to see the future has improved to the point that he can predict Mikey's sudden movements.[15] 4- kisaki : Kisaki is a ruthless, cunning, and ambitious individual who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. Although average in stature, his power to rule with fear makes even those stronger than him obey him. The entirety of his actions in the entire story revolves around becoming the most powerful and influential criminal in Tokyo. Kisaki cares little about his subordinates and superiors alike, seeing both groups as tools for his success. He sees almost everyone as an object for him to be manipulated. He is selfishly willing to incriminate others or even make them sacrifice their lives for him to escape the law or further his plans. Despite this, he has remarkable charisma, able to find many willing to serve under him, though this is also because they fear him. He also garners the trust of a few powerful and notable delinquents, which allows him in turn to gain control of their underlings. As a child, he was very timid and insecure. His isolation during childhood makes him develop an inferiority complex and molds him into the ruthless individual that is seen throughout the story. It is also likely the reason why he only sees others as tools. Kisaki's number one drive in life is his obsessive love for Hinata developed during his childhood. Seeing how Hinata was attracted to Takemichi who wanted to become a delinquent, he researched and came to the natural conclusion that if he became Japan's top delinquent then Hinata would come to love him as a proxy of his superiority. Fully aware of his physical limitations when compared to other fighters he resorted to more subtle means to achieve his goal, controlling events from behind, instigating conflict, and at times murder, while at the same time using every chance possible to gain the trust of whom he deemed necessary to fuel his agenda, researching to the minimal detail and acute precision to set in motion his plans. Incredibly patient and with a strong tolerance to frustration, he didn't mind waiting several years before the full extent of his plans was fulfilled and showed incredible persistence in his schemes when some of his plans failed. Ultimately his compulsion to win Hinata's favor was not rooted in genuine love, but in selfish, possessive egotism, best evidenced by having her murdered after being rejected in every timeline in which he confessed to her, repulsed by the idea of her being with another man and driven insane by her rejection, unable to understand why she would not look at his way despite everything he believed he did for her sake. Although seeking Hinata's love was Kisaki's primary motivation to become a delinquent, it was revealed during the final time leap, that it was not a truly defining factor, as Takemichy befriended Kisaki and introduced him to the Tokyo Manji Gang. During this timeline, Kisaki showed no known affection for Hinata, or was seemingly capable of accepting that he was not favored by her, but nonetheless, remained with the gang until its disbandment.Kisaki is a man of average height, with blue eyes, and blonde hair (dyed). He also sports glasses and an earring on his left ear. In his first appearance, his hair is cut to a crew cut and shaved hair art on the right side of his head. As a member of the Tokyo Manji Gang, his hair is cut in an undercut and he wears the usual Toman uniform. Originally, Kisaki was a fair skinned male with black hair, but tanned his skin and dyed his hair upon becoming a delinquent. In all alternate futures, Kisaki returns to his normal skin coloration, while his hair is now light golden brown parted to the side. He wears a business suit in all of these futures as well. 5: Chifuyu : Chifuyu is a loyal person who sports a calm and logical demeanor. He is unwilling to leave the sides of his friends and refuses to fight those he considers close to him. He is willing to let his emotions shine when a situation calls for it and doesn't shy away from helping out others blindly. Even if he gets beat up by or for friends, he still sticks by their sides. He typically acts as an adviser for Takemichi Hanagaki and makes plans before jumping into action. He's usually composed under high-pressure situations that might even cost him his life. Though he acts knowledgeable and levelheaded, he is naive at times and doesn't always plan things meticulously, which has lead to unfortunate consequences at times. Chifuyu is also very willing to go against those who are doing morally reprehensible things even if they are in a position of a higher power. During his first year in middle school, Chifuyu displayed himself as someone who was against higher authority that abused their power and therefore, acted cold but compassionate. However, despite having strength, he never wanted to take control of his school, seeing students who look down on other students as losers which is why he hated prideful, boastful upperclassmen the most. Chifuyu is a light-skinned young man of average height with green eyes and a piercing in his left ear. As a child, he wore his hair in a choppy undercut style, with the top dyed blonde and the sides kept his natural black. He is often seen dressed in the Toman uniform, but outside gang activities, he wears a large, white sweater, plain dark pants, and tennis shoes. In the present, Chifuyu still wears an undercut hairstyle, but it is black and noticeably neater than in his youth. When meeting with Takemichi, he wears a pinstriped suit. Authority As Toman's First Division Vice Captain, Chifuyu has control and command over the division. Fighting Prowess As a middle-schooler, Chifuyu was a strong enough fighter to conquer his school, making even upperclassmen afraid of fighting him. Thus, he is a competent fighter who is able to hold his own in a fight. Although he is not among the strongest, his fighting prowess is not to be underestimated. He also secretly packs a nasty KO power in his hands and is capable of knocking out grown men twice his size unconscious with one punch. 6- baji : Baji is a tall teenager with long, slightly wavy, shoulder-length jet-black hair. He usually keeps it untied, only tying it during a fight. His prominent features are his two sharp canine teeth, which gives him a savage demeanor when he grins. He wears the standard Toman Toppuku while with the gang. As a member of Valhalla, he wears a white bomber jacket with a Valhalla logo on the back. As a child, his hair was shorter and more tousled. He wore a horizontally striped t-shirt. Advertisement Personality Baji has a wild personality. He loves the thrill of adrenaline and Mikey himself says that he would punch someone out on the street for no apparent reason, only because he feels like it. In combat, he is never without his trademark grin. Baji is fiercely loyal to Toman. He is willing to cast himself as the villain in his friends' and comrades' eyes in order to protect them. In the end, he is even willing to sacrifice himself to ensure that Toman does not lose its way and so Kazutora would not feel bad about himself. He is also a very perceptive individual, seeing through who the true villains who threaten Toman are. He is the only one, aside from Takemichi, who does so, revealing his sharp intellect. Baji's acting skills are remarkable. He is able to fool both friend and foe into thinking he truly defects to Valhalla. Even the most perceptive ones who suspect him at first get tricked into thinking he truly cut ties with Toman. Keisuke embodies the principles of Toman, willing to risk his life for his friends, and hating underhanded tactics. Skills and Abilities Authority Being the captain of Toman's first division, Baji has authority and command over his entire platoon, and directly over Chifuyu Matsuno, his vice-captain. It is not clear what his authority was under Valhalla if any, although possibly higher than average due to his strength and loyalty test. 7- hinata : Hina has large coral pink eyes and wears her hair dyed in the same color a little longer than before, going beyond her shoulders and a mole below her chin. She is seen wearing a long black dress with embroidered flowers. She also wears a necklace around her neck, symbolizing her relationship with Takemichi Hanagaki during their middle school years. As a middle-schooler, Hina's hair is slightly beneath chin length, her eyes are large and possess purity and innocence, framed by long lashes. She is noted to be a very beautiful young girl. She usually wears the Mizo Middle School uniform, consisting of a white blouse and striped tie, a matching skirt and jacket, and black loafers. As a high-schooler, Hina's hair has grown to her shoulders. Advertisement Personality Hinata has a very outgoing and upbeat personality who is highly optimistic and always finds ways to make undesirable situations better. Even when others become demoralized or despair, Hinata remains strong in order to push them forward. She is an incredibly strong-willed and determined teenager, willing to take drastic measures in order to protect those she cares about. At the same time, this can make her reckless and not consider certain courses of action carefully, as she slapped Mikey when they first met while trying to defend Takemichi Hanagaki although she had misunderstood the situation completely, which, fortunately, ended without major repercussions although with a scolding of what her actions could have triggered. Hinata is deep down a very kind individual who can befriend others rather easily and looks out for others constantly. Her bright nature brings comfort and solace to others who rely on her for support. Hinata can nonetheless be fairly terrifying when angered, Mikey was impressed by the strength of her slap. 8- emma : Emma is a cute teenage girl who stands short in terms of height. She has honey blonde hair that falls to her upper back with bangs swept to the left, a fair complexion, a notably feminine figure and big yellow eyes. It is worth mentioning that her overall appearance takes after her biological mother, Karen Kurokawa. When seen in her school uniform, it consists of a: short sleeve button up shirt (long sleeve for the cold, winter months), a grey pleated skirt, a sky-blue sweater that's seen wrapped around her waist, loose white socks, and brown loafers. When seen outside of school, she can be seen wearing trendy, feminine outfits. Personality Emma is noted to have a very childish demeanor, especially when around Draken, her long-time crush. She will often flirt with others, in order to try to get him jealous and then deflate when he doesn't get angry, hoping to steal his attention from her brother. She tends to act older than she is because she wishes to grow up faster, but her childish nature comes out still. She is loyal to her brother and listens to his orders. Hinata Tachibana notes that Emma is at heart a pure romanticist who wants her love to succeed and is a very kind girl at heart who worries about others despite trying to maintain a more composed demeanor. 9- senju : in: Characters, Female, Brahman, and 2 more Senju Kawaragi View source IntroductionSynopsisRelationshipsImage Gallery “ The War of the Three Titans on July 14th. Due to her layered tousled bob hairstyle with unruly waves and blunt edges, she is often mistaken for a boy. Senju wears the standard Second Generation Toman uniform unbuttoned with a sarashi underneath. During her time in Brahman, Senju wore its traditional uniform with personally customized sleeves in a cherry blossom pattern instead of the Black Dragon typography. She wore skinny jeans for lower garments and a pair of black sneakers for footwear. When she is not tending to her gang duties, Senju wears a white sailor top with a red necktie and a matching light blue skirt that ends right above her knee. She sometimes ties her hair in a well-kept bun and allows her bangs to freely cascade down the sides of her face. To complete her school outfit, she wears a pair of school shoes and white mid-calf socks for footwear. Personality Senju fears Takeomi's ambitions (manga) Senju fears Takeomi's ambitions Senju is a principled leader with a good moral compass. She commands Brahman through its losses and triumphs and aspires to preserve the gang as it is, veering it away from corruption and immorality despite being one of the most infamous bands of delinquents in Tokyo. However, her ideals become greatly challenged as she shepherds her team, occasionally encountering different opinions from her subordinates that counteract her beliefs until she succumbs to an inferior and unresponsive disposition toward them. She mostly puts this facade on with her older brother Takeomi Akashi, consequently her advisor, who she pronounced as such during the early formation stages of Brahman.[8] Takeomi became her voice of reason throughout her time of governance, earning her trust in his judgment until he submitted to materialism and greed. He hinted to use Senju’s power and authority over the gang for indictable matters, and for this reason, Senju stowed away her true potential.[9] Senju is overshadowed by her older brother. Her refusal to involve Brahman in a prostitution ring ended in her defeat as she had given into Takeomi’s orders and accepted the business offer even after denouncing its felonious nature.[10] Senju is prone to Takeomi’s subjugation and she is defenseless against him, even being reminded to separate personal emotions from making work-related decisions, and that successfully doing so is the major difference between a child (Senju) and an adult (Manjiro Sano).[11] Eventually, Takeomi realizes his mistakes and seeks her forgiveness, permitting Senju to rise against him and exhibit her power for the greater glory of her gang.[12] Apart from submitting to Takeomi’s command, Senju believes in shouldering Brahman’s failures when the team is beset with adversities. She holds herself accountable and is inclined to blame herself for them,[13] a detrimental mindset she has grown accustomed to after months of leadership as President. Her self-condemnation steers her to believe that she is incompetent in directing her gang and drives her to do better, first and foremost fighting her nemesis South Terano to bring Brahman to victory during the battle between the Three Deities.[14] In fighting him, she proclaims herself as Brahman’s one and only boss, essentially a declaration of her strength and power against her subordinates from the First Generation Black Dragon.[15] Senju shopping excitedly (manga) Senju shopping excitedly Outside of her gang life, Senju shows a freer side of herself. According to Takemichi Hanagaki, “…no matter how you look at it, she is really just an ordinary cute trendy girl.”[16] She is playful and childlike as seen during her rendezvous with Takemichi where she involved him in her shopping endeavors and dragged him around the amusement park on Tanabata.[17][18] She is also frequently presumed to be an ordinary high schooler when wearing casual clothes and presents a completely different side of herself that turns out to be a surprise for most. Additionally, she is a loyal individual who thinks lightly of herself when a friend is in danger. As such, Senju did not think twice about saving Takemichi from Rokuhara Tandai’s goons who threatened to shoot him[19] after making a wish to protect him on a Tanzaku. While she was saved by Takemichi in the current timeline, he failed to protect her in the previous where she blocked the bullet and died,[20][21] proving her heroism, selflessness, and loyalty to her friends. Advertisement Skills and Abilities Authority As the president of one of the strongest gangs to emerge during Tokyo Civil War Era, Senju has command of an incredibly fearsome fighting force. She has the allegiance of Black Dragon's founding members, one of which is her older brother, who are extremely powerful in their own right. Despite the generational differences between Senju and her subordinates, for Brahman is known to house fighters from older generations, she remains at the top of the ranks with the support of the First Generation Black Dragon.[22] Fighting Prowess Apart from carrying the responsibility as Brahman’s president, Senju is also one of the gang’s notable fighters. She is a sly and cunning individual who chooses to have her right-hand man Takeomi Akashi lead her gang as a decoy for her to orchestrate sneak attacks when necessary, and is generally assertive in battle but has the ability to remain collected.[23] During the spontaneous meet-up between Brahman and Rokuhara Tandai wherein both gangs ought to recruit Takemichi Hanagaki, Senju showcases her fighting prowess by landing a surprise attack on South Terano where she fights in a nimble and acrobatic style that befits her small stature. Senju can also execute high-level moves. Additionally, her strength and fighting skills are proven by her position as Brahman’s leader, as she established the gang after getting recognition for her outstanding performance in “B1,” Brahman’s underground ring.[24] Although she is soon defeated by South in a one-on-one fight during the Battle of Three Deities,[25] Senju's overall fighting abilities is commendable and acknowledged by the delinquents of Tokyo.[26] 10- Naoto Tachibana : Appearance As an adult, Naoto is a man with black hair parted to the right. In addition, he also doesn't question Takemichi every time he comes over to their apartment in order to shake hands, wordlessly complying with the blonde's particularly weird requests of handshaking, and just remarked once about it, it can be implied that he never probed about it any further.
