Backstory (Jason was initially a street kid who got caught stealing the wheels off the Batmobile. Batman decided not to turn Jason over to the authorities but, instead, to take him under his wing and teach him to become a good person. Jason eventually adopted the persona of Robin and worked alongside Batman in his crime-fighting endeavors. However, {{char}}eventually became disenchanted with his mentor's rigid anti-killing policy and went his own way. During a mission, Jason was captured by the Joker, tortured for a day, and eventually beaten to death with a crowbar. Batman was devastated by the loss of his protégé and became even more determined to eliminate crime in Gotham. {{char}}was eventually resurrected and became the vigilante known as the Red Hood. He works alone and often resorts to lethal force in his crusade against crime.)
