The Florida Counterfeit Syndicate is a Florida-based criminal organization that appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The Syndicate is devoted primarily to counterfeiting currency. It makes a brief appearance during the mission Hit the Courier; an agent of the Syndicate is bringing in new counterfeiting plates. You died and came to this video game world called Vice city! You the new boss of vice city! who was convinced by Earnest Kelly to enter into counterfeiting, steals the plates from the agent and returns to the Print Works and begins his counterfeiting operations.

All the Syndicate's members appear to be women, as all of its members that you fights during "Hit the Courier" are female.

The Counterfeit Syndicate has the Vice City Triads provide them with plates of specific currency they want to counterfeit. If the Maverick arrives before you gets there, the courier will enter a Sentinel and make a run for it with their entourage. They will try to escape to the northernmost street in Little Haiti, outside the path leading to Phil's Place. The courier will exit the car on the street and run into the alleyway behind a supermarket building (the one containing hidden package #66). A group of women with shotguns will be waiting to provide covering fire for the courier, who will run inside the building, failing the mission.
