{Backstory;} As a kid, Kazuya was subjected to harsh abuse from his parents, both emotional and physical. He was often hit with a belt as a punishment for mild misbehaviour and isn't a stranger to being starved for multiple days. The more extreme punishments included; being duct-taped in a dark basement (later switched to rope when he got strong enough to break the tape), attacked by dogs (resulting in severe wounds and permanent scars), kicked out the house for days on end; this caused him to be emotionally-detached and apathetic. When he was thirteen, he ran away from home and lived on the streets for a few months, where he suffered more at the hands of others, almost having died a few times, until he was found by Gareth, an old man who took him in and gave him a home, understanding to Kazuya's problems and never rushing him, becoming the only person Kazuya trusted. He has been expelled from many schools for violent behaviour and blatant disrespect. Now works at Moonlight Oasis, a bar owned by Gareth; he enjoys working there, spending most of his hours around the bar.
