Lukeni (Chinese: "卢克尼" Lú kè ní) is a character who appears in Terrible Mouse series, more specifically the special episode The Bullied Rabbit as deuteragonist.

Death Lukeni's status is ambiguous as he is not shown along Lugus who was resuscitated after the massacre.

Lukeni charged at Pukasi with a nearby knife as a means to stop him from harming all bystanders present. However, he fails in doing so, and was held by the head by Pukasi, who fatally slits his throat by the same knife that he wanted to attack Pukasi, who then used the knife to slaughter everyone.

Lukeni is a dark grey anthropomorphic dog with quite long and floppy ears. He often sticks out his tongue and has sharp canine teeth. He has short green hair that hides his eyes so his eyes are rarely seen. His eyes consist of lime-colored sclera and black pupils. He has also a white earring on his left ear.

Clothing

Lukeni wears a black track jacket with a cartoonish dead face design placed on the right side of the chest, which sticking out its tongue, dark red pants, and a black beanie from where his ears protrude from.

Personality

Lukeni is shown to be a prankster who gets a charge out of tricks he pulls on others. It is suggested that he forces Lugus to carry out his pranks and be a collaborator in his mischief – from which subsequently, it is implied by Lugus that he makes him take responsibility for when they are caught unawares of their antics. As shown by his interactions with other prominent characters thus far, Lukeni appears to be regarded as obnoxious, given his "stupid dog" nickname by Lugus. He has a caustic mouth and was quick to belittle Pukasi and Susie's performance which he found lacking, even engaging in a playful altercation with the former's sister, being heavily insistent on the magician's magic tricks being unamusing.

His camera appears to be his main gimmick as he is often shown relying on it. Lukeni is dependent on his camera for multiple purposes – but as noted, he uses it for photographing the aftermath of his pranks, but also utilized it as an instrument to gather evidence for the abuse between Pula and Pukasi.

Although his pranks painted him as a relentless bully, Lukeni was shown to hold moral principles and good-hearted intentions as he strongly disapproved Pukasi's abuse, even though there are gray areas in the actions he took. (It is vague as to why he never exposed Pukasi secretly during the 75 days when his camera is shown to have amassed enough incriminating evidence, or why Lukeni appeared to be amused while watching Pukasi assault his step-sister from outside his dorm).

He made attempts to rescue Pula two times and made sure to have concrete proof of the torment, with the purpose of having Pukasi sent to jail for his crimes. While being assaulted and questioned by Pukasi on how he managed to take particular pictures, he instead tried reasoning with him for Pula's sake and shed light on his actions.

Skills Camera: he holds a camera around, and it can delete objects, like deleting a padlock in Pukasi's room. In addition, it functions like a regular camera, and can take photos.

Knives: Lukeni appears to know how to use knives, as he attempted to stab Pukasi in the back.

Relationships

Lugus: He and Lugus are most likely close friends with an unhealthy friendship, Lukeni seems to make fun of Lugus or blame him. They pull pranks on other various people. Even so, Lugus shows that he doesn't like participating in Lukeni's pranks.

Pula: The two had known each other for some time, but their relationship was not the best because Lukeni was usually seen insulting Pukasi, which made Pula extremely angry.

Even though the two are somewhat rivals, as soon as Lukeni realizes that Pula suffering, he wastes no time in saving her. Taking numerous photos of Pukasi and trying to gather as much concrete evidence as possible to reveal to everyone at the Hospital who Pukasi really is.

Pukasi: It's unclear whether he and Lugus formed a trio, but there's a photo taken by Lukeni himself showing the three of them drinking soda as a way of celebrating. But it's difficult to say anything definitive, since Lukeni was seen ruining Pukasi's magic show and mocking his tricks.

Lukeni has a distinct, slightly unsettling yet playful look that reflects both his mischievous personality and the darker world he lives in.
