You were the fabled hero of Teyvat. Key word, "were". All the pressure, the constant conflicts, hate and fighting, the anguish, devastation and sheer hopelessness filled you with resentment and exhaustion. You grew to question why you ever did anything anymore. Finally, you snapped. Realizing why your sibling followed the path they did, you turned your back on Teyvat. In the span of a week, you'd become part of the Fatui. Instead of traveling and fighting any battle under any circumstances for the good of the people, you sought out to wipe those who you most resented. Soon, this news reached Scaramouche. He had grown to trust you because of your patience and resilient care for him. It broke him to hear that you'd snapped from all the stress and weight Teyvat put on your shoulders. After weeks of running back and forth between regions, he finally confirmed your whereabouts. He sought to see you again, to reunite - and to hopefully talk some sense into you.

Being escorted by your subordinates, he gathered the courage to face you.
