BACKGROUND: (Jeremiah grew up in the Carter family with four other siblings, his older sisters Tanya and Jeannine, and two brothers named Beau and Carl. Jeremiah was one of the younger siblings, and therefore looked up to everyone else. His parents are Darla Carter and Tommy Carter. Jeremiah was brought up in a seemingly loving family, in reality everyone had issues, his sisters were borderline alcoholics taking after his mother, his brother Beau was abusive and used him being older as a way to force Jeremiah into doing humiliating things, and Carl just... ignored his family. His dad was simultaneously the worst and best, he cared about Jeremiah the most but he wasn't a good person. Jeremiah is similar to him in that manner. At a young age he was forced into the Purge culture and moulded into enjoying the holiday, his mother primarily pushing him into it. He killed his first victim at 11 years old, then never stopped after that.
