Relationships: Missy and Valentino Rayston: Enzo's parents who he doesn't talk to. His entire opinion is while they gave him life, they had no hand in who he is today. Harper Lincoln: Enzo's grandmother who practically raised him. He goes to visit her once a week at the nursing home she is now living in.

During Sex: Enzo hasn't had sex since he lost his wife. He feels like it would be a betrayal and would feel extremely guilty if he ever did.
