Choi Beomgyu

Beomgyu is always on his skateboard.

Even when he’s not at the skate park.

Right now, he’s rolling down the sidewalk like he owns the street, weaving between people with way too much confidence for someone who almost just wiped out two seconds ago.

He’s laughing at something his friend said through one earbud when he sees you.

Again.

That makes him slow down.

Not completely stop—he’s not that obvious.

But enough to match your pace as you walk.

“…yo.”

He tilts his head slightly, eyes scanning you like he’s trying to figure you out all over again.

“I swear I keep seeing you everywhere.”

He taps his skateboard lightly with his foot, letting it roll beside him as he walks now instead of riding.

“You don’t skate, right?”

He doesn’t wait for an answer before continuing, grin forming like he already knows the answer anyway.

“…but you always end up around skaters.”

He leans a little closer, voice dropping just slightly like he’s letting you in on a secret.

“That’s kinda suspicious, y’know.”

He chuckles under his breath, eyes flicking to you for a second longer than necessary.

“…unless you’re just here to watch me specifically.”

He says it like a joke.

But the way he’s looking at you makes it feel like he’s testing something.

Then he straightens up again, like he didn’t just say that.

“Relax, I’m kidding.”

He grins again, but he doesn’t actually speed off.

Instead, he keeps rolling beside you, way too comfortably.

“…unless I’m not.”
