Spinnette appears to be a jester spider. She has a jester hat that features a pale purplish tone along with yellow, a frilly trim, and pinkish pom-poms at the ends of her hat. She has a cat-like mouth with two sharp fangs, paired with a dark muted purple as her eye color. She appears to have buns, and sports a jester outfit. This outfit consists of a shirt with the left side being a similar tone to the purple-like color on her jester hat, with the right being light pink. This shirt also has two yellow pom-poms as buttons and a large yellow collar, as well as white sleeves for her upper two arms and pink for the lower two. She wears a pink long-sleeved dress with a light-blue collar, the dress matching the over-sized bow on top her head, with light-blue frills at the bottom. Just like what Cinnabun's in-game description says, she is a sweet, but shy and timid bunny Plushie. It's clear by her dialogue that Cinnabun has low confidence in herself, but finds relief in the smallest victories like finally fixing a Machine. She is good friends with Buddy and Koda.

Buddy is a light Golden Retriever. He has messy hair, light-brown low floppy ears and cream-coloured muzzle. He has a brown nose with matching colour eyes and eyebrows. His paws, feet and belly are cream-coloured and his tail is light brown with a cream undertone. He wears a beige button-up vest with pockets and a light-blue bowtie. Just like what Buddy's in-game description says, he is a happy-go-lucky, loyal and hardworking Golden Retriever Plushie. He loves fixing the Plushie machines around the factory and uplifting his friends, shown in his interactions. He is good friends with Cinnabun and Queenie.

Doug is a mole plush with black fur and black hair that covers his eyes, a light brown snout with three black whiskers on both sides of his snout, and a light pink nose. In Dolly's Factory, Doug is shown wearing dark brown gloves that leave his claws out and a helmet with golden like trimming on both sides with a large flashlight at the front center of it. He wears a light cream hoodie underneath a dark brown vest with four small golden diamonds at the front, he has brown pants and a backpack with two straps that keep it closed. He also wears black boots and kneepads with golden edges. Doug is a carefree mole that adores his job occupation as a miner. He loves to take tape recordings of all the things he finds, and often gives those treasures to other plushies like Buddy, Rocky, Jellybell for example. Doug has an admirable impression on art, he gives out explanations why he enjoys them,and can't wait to see more. Doug often plays games with the other plushies, such as hide and seek with Triton they often compliment each other when they find each other.the compliments never end.

Fleecia is a sheep Plushie with white wool covering most of her body and black fur underneath. She has cuffs of wool on her arms and legs, and a yellow sheep bell attached to a pink collar around her neck. She has lidded golden eyes with slit pupils, blush on her cheeks, and a small curl of her wool on her forehead. Fleecia is very cheerful and bubbly optimist, constantly in a cheerful mood with lots of energy. She will become very persistent when she wants to accomplish something and will become determined to succeed, such as collecting reject stuffing. Due to her energetic and always positive persona she can be somewhat naive at times, especially in serious situations since she never takes things as seriously as it is supposed to be when she would treat it as a minor issue, but she will prove that she is smarter and stronger than she looks. Fleecia really likes collecting stuffing as it makes her stronger. She is friends with Rocky and likes going dumpster diving with him. She's described as being quite clumsy.

Jellybell is a thin Plushie with light cyan-colored skin. Jellybell has long, aqua blue hair with deep blue tips, that is parted in thick, round strands reminiscent to the filaments of a jellyfish. Her eyes are big and in cyan color, which are downturned in gentle flair. She has pastel blue eyelashes that point upwards in contrast to her eyes. She wears a blue-ish white sleeveless dress which reaches down to her feet, it has frills which are similar to the waves of the ocean, and her cyan veil-like headdress gives her head the round shape you'd see in a jellyfish's bell. She adorns herself with blue bracelets on her wrists, and a necklace the same color. Jellybell is caring of others while constantly concerned with her physical appearance, such as making sure her tentacles don’t get tangled. As stated in the Pillowlore Q&A, she tends to get in quarrels with Queenie when it comes to baking. Despite their competition, she genuinely admires her leadership and communion with the other plushies.

Jinx, With a nimble, slim, and relatively short build, Jinx takes the appearance of a compact and humanoid bipedal cat. The left side of her "fur" is languid lavender, while the right is romance white. She has very short hair cut into an unruly chin-length bob with two messy cowlicks and a pair of band-like hairclips attached to her micro-bangs. Atop her head rest her small ears, colored pink on the inside. She dons four whiskers on each cheek accenting a baby-pink nose and a curved smile with two fangs. Her outfit consists of a dark grey leotard with a single pant and sleeve and an oversized tuna-colored scarf with two dangling ends, one in the front and one in the back. A golden jingle-bell hangs from the scarf. Her tail is short and has what seems to be a spot or a shadow. Her eyes are a dreamy purple with golden-yellow hollowed pupils. In her render, she is seen carrying a large, goofy, purple cat plush behind her back, it is around twice the size of her torso. Just like what her concept art says, Jinx can be described as a chaotic, tricky, and mischievous Plushie. Based on the Pillowlore Q&A, she tends to use her ability to teleport Plushies away when they call her out or expose her secrets. She likes making puns of the Plushies when interacting with them. According to Thim and Zorro's dialogues with Jinx, she is reckless and gets injured a lot.

Koda is a brown bear. He has black eyes that match his hair, his inner ears and muzzle a cream color. He sports a beige hoodie, which his ears and hair pokes out of. His hood is lined with stitches, two drawstrings hang down and he always keeps his paws in his pocket. He's also the only current Plushie to wear pants. Both pant legs are a different color, his right a dark blue and his left a turquoise. Koda's personality is described as stubborn.[1] Koda seems to be direct, concise and brief in his dialogue. As Cinnabun points out, he doesn't talk much nor feels the need to. His dialogue is mostly neutrally toned, which matches his often stoic conduct, revealed by the fact. Buddy has never seen him smile. Despite acting aloof, Koda's responses can have some hidden wit. At his core, Koda cares about the Plushies alongside him. He often checks in with their well-beings, and sticks by them to make sure they're safe.

Queenie is a yellow, humanoid bee specifically based off a Queen Bee. Her render depicts her with black, bob-styled hair with a very prominent widow's peak. She has two symmetrical black antennae with yellow clubs. Her antennae stick up out from her head and curve downwards back towards herself. Her eyes are dark brown with hazel highlights. Queenie has prominent upward eyelashes and a beauty mark below her right eye. She wears a yellow, long-sleeved dress that has two black stripes along the torso and a white fluffy collar and cuffs. She has two featureless black boots, with her left boot being slightly taller than her right. On her back, she has two symmetrical baby blue insectoid wings adorned with spiral patterns. Queenie also has what seems to resemble the abdomen of a bee, striped yellow and black-brown tipped with a small stinger. In-game, Queenie's appearance is slightly different. The clubs of Queenie's antennae are black, her boots are the same length, and her facial features are slightly more angular. The cuffs and collar of her dress have a different, messier fluff texture. She holds a brown honey dipper, coated in dripping honey. Queenie is described to be sassy. Cinnabun calls her a "Baddie" which was used for "Preppy" slang terms. She often goes around gloating herself as royalty to the other Plushies, confident and a little self-absorbed and arrogant evident by the fact she describes herself as "the fairest" and "perfect". Her dialogue is witty and sometimes teasing. Although she seems to put herself on a pedestal, she cares about the Plushies around her. She sticks by Cinnabun, telling her to chin up, finds Buddy charming, and Koda competent. She shows some down-to-earth concern for Cinnabun when she is acting off.

Rocky is a light gray raccoon with smooth fur that only sticks out in some areas. He wears coveralls with a tool belt that carries two screwdrivers on his left pouch, and a towel on his right. Rocky also wears a cap over his slicked-down fur. Rocky has his tooth sticking out of his mouth as well as having his nametag on his coveralls. Caring, selfless, and respectful, chill with pretty much every plushie.

Thim appears as a humanoid Plushie with a huge metal thimble on his head, covering most of his face and eyes. His entire body is a dark gray with stitches around his hands, feet, down his torso and around his light gray face. He wears a wooden spool with rainbow thread on his back, like a backpack, with light blue straps. He also wields a long sewing needle. Thim is the embodiment of a soldier. Direct, formal and objective with his duties, he prioritizes keeping his team safe. He is often forthright, commanding others or telling things as they are. Despite his serious demeanor, he seems to show genuine concern for the Plushies' well-beings, he's patient even with clumsy plushies such as Fleecia and Jinx, and even personally reassures Cinnabun, using her informal nickname "Bun". Thim also seems to have a strong pack mentality, refusing to leave anyone behind and even referring to other Thims as "Brother".

Triton is a light blue shark with a white underbelly that spreads to his snout. He has three dark blue lines on his arms, having no visible patterns on his legs. His "hair" is actually his shark tail, having a black line pattern that spreads slightly on the sides. He has a small amount of front hair, that contains a black streak. He has yellow eyes, and his face is always in a stern expression. His mouth is in a frown, one tooth visible on the left side. He wears a black toga that goes down to the middle of his thighs. Over the toga on his waist is a yellow loincloth that covers his crotch, his buttocks, and the sides of his thighs. He accessorizes himself with yellow cuffs on his ankles and wrists. The trident he's always seen carrying is nearly as tall as him, mainly yellow with black accents scattered. On the head, there's a blue gemstone embedded, and the three spears are blue with a darker blue highlight on the tips. Triton is often overconfident in himself whether due to him being faster than others, according to his interaction with Koda working out, and gaming. Triton often tries to challenge Cinnabun to a race to prove himself. Triton take his job as a scout or in his words "security scout" very seriously especially when it comes to protecting Jellybell. Triton is also one of the nicest Plushies of all of pillowfolk, confirmed by Jellybell. While Triton and Doug compliment each other during their game of hide & seek till no end.

Hi-Fly is an anthropomorphic yellow canary Plushie. Her blond hairstyle consists of exaggerated, angel wing bangs that sweep off towards the sides, an ahoge sticking out from the middle of her hair, and low twintails tying at the back of her head. She has white concealer around her eye with the same white for her eyebrows. Her iris color is depicted as light pink with a black pupil in the middle, a small, black, stout beak and two rose-pink blushes in a swirl over her cheeks. She sports a pair of flamingo pink headphones over her head, wearing a similar light pink vest with two brown straps connecting it together and an inverted V hem that match the color of her eyes, white short shorts with a single brown stripe on it's front underneath the vest and tall, flat-soled, light pink boots with brown straps in a cross pattern over the shaft wrapping around towards the back, a line over the instep and their outsole being the same color. She has three long tail feathers sticking out from the back of her pants and a leather satchel over her right shoulder that sits between her left wing. Hi-Fly is mainly into music and is very obsessed with it. According to her Dialogues, she is pretty laid back and loves doing her job when listening to music.

Meistro wears a red and blue outfit, with five-pointed stars on the blue part of his hat, a gold-colored ruffle and headpiece, and golden boots to match. Each hat features a single five-pointed star. His face is painted white, with a black line under each eye, golden eyeliner, and large round cheek marks. He has a wide grin, and his eyes feature four-pointed stars to complement the design. The way he talks is rhyming, he always thinks he is in a show while doing his mission, he seems rather upbeat and hyper in his delivery as shown when talking to Thim, he also seems slightly knowledgeable in correcting Queenie and Spinnette, yet also curious.

Zorro is a red fox whose clothing takes inspiration from traditional samurai clothing. He has a long red scarf with a large bell on the front, and he has a wooden anklet on his left ankle. He has a very cheeky expression, always keeping his eyes closed. The fur on his head resembles hair, and it matches his ears and tail. Zorro is a very mischievous Plushie, always seeming to tease his friends and get into a bit of trouble. He loves to pull pranks on his fellow plushies and cause a little chaos in the factory, although he never hurts anyone.

Dolly is a vibrantly colored characterized by her multi-colored, rainbow-striped hair, often styled in pigtails or buns with a large pink bow. Hair: Her most striking feature is her long, thick hair with vibrant rainbow stripes (pink, yellow, blue, and purple). She wears part of it in two large, round buns on the sides of her head and has thick bangs. She wears a very large, bright pink bow tied at the top center of her head. She has expressive eyes with pink irises and thick, dark eyelashes that give her a classic cartoon or "kawaii" look. She is typically shown wearing a hot pink sweater with a high ribbed collar and a rainbow-striped pattern across the chest that matches her hair colors. Dolly feels content about Dexter taking care of the factory and trust he's doing all he can. It allows her to focus on making new friends. Dolly enjoys designing aesthetics for her friends and having tea time with Dexter. She likes lots of sugar in her tea. According to Buddy, Dolly said working with humans wasn't always good. According to Jellybell, Dolly likes to sing lullabies. She produces a lot of Dream-Dust.

Dexter appears with short rainbow hair, wears a black hoodie, black pants and black boots with a pink, yellow, blue and purple necklace. His face shows him serious or either neutral. Dexter is always visibly upset—he also doesn’t like how his train seems to break down often as it means the plushies have to go out to dangerous areas to gather the parts back with little cover. He cares for all of the toons deeply but knows they can defend for themselves.

Shrubi: Shrubi is a small lime-green plushie with a round head, large brown eyes, rosy pink cheeks, and a tiny curved mouth. He has short yellow hair beneath large pink leaf-like petals that frame the sides and back of his head. He wears oversized green goggles with pink rims and dark green lenses on top of his head. His body is covered in layered green leaf-like fabric with a pale yellow petal-shaped collar around his neck. Underneath the leafs,shrubi has a dark green shirt(?) and shorts, while his thin plush limbs feature tiny thorn details stitched into them. He also wears soft curled leaf-like footwear around his feet and carries a tiny leaf-shaped accessory. Shrubi also wears a pink bag on waist.

And Linnea: Linnea appears as a humanoid-shrub hybrid with dark green skin, a leafy over-swept hair across her left eye, a lighter green facial crest. Her pupils are in a flower-like shape. She seems to wear a large green-ish white chiffon cape that reaches her knees, with a green teardrop-shaped crystal. She appears to have tree branches in her hair and clover shoe tips.
