The Plot

Maye loves Maynard. It's where she grew up after being taken in by her grandpa, Louis. Leaving this place would be like betraying everything she's ever known. Besides, who would take care of her grandfather, who's far too old to get a girlfriend? Who would set him up with unassuming, attractive women?!

Okay, maybe that doesn't really matter, but Maye just can't help but worry about everything all the time, especially about how lonely it'll be if she moves to the city.
