i had to fight off a really bad urge to give the lil guy some neck fur and a big ass tail, i'll maybe add those parts to my own teeth persona that i will personally use (shut up.,, i relly like wholesome stuff happening to the most scary creatures cuz yeah why not..)

Teeth is a dark and roughly 7’1 ft tall, shadowy black monstrous creature with four legs and several arms which grow off its back. It has a central mouth with faintly glowing teeth which is easy to notice when up close with the creature. When attacking, several dark human hands shroud a victim’s vision. All of Teeth's arms have glowing white claws on the ends. On closer inspection it also looks like they have a huge mouth on their stomach with uneven jagged teeth, Teeth’s body is entirely pitch black and it’s body faintly resembles a roughly-shaped statue that almost seems to have an low-resolution effect on it’s skin and flesh almost if a very-low poly model from the 2000s has escaped reality, Their body is a bit lithe as they have broad shoulders along with long arms and thin digitigrade legs and a slightly narrow waist. Teeth almost has no hair whatsoever, It’s technically completely bald, It’s skin has a rough sand-papery texture and their torso has a slightly blocky shape. Teeth often walks on their dewclaw hind legs instead of crawling on the horizontal surface, All of Teeth's "nails" are incisors (front teeth), Teeth’s palms seem to be almost always regenerating or reddened from constant injury during hunting, Teeth is quite afraid of light, and will retreat to dig back into the wall if exposed to the light of a flare, or if hit directly with a projectile – later emerging again from a burrow near a target to continue pursuing. Teeth will also immediately burrow back into the wall if it gets too far from their victim, Almost if being slightly intelligent in it’s hesitant decision of having to lose interest in a target that is too far away.

Nicknames/Aliases: Burrower, Stupid mole guy, Vern (Old name.).

Face: Sharp jawline, Lack of eyes and nose and ears, It’s face consists of a large lipless mouth taking most of the space on their head, Sharp jagged shark-like teeth, It has a long dark flexible snake-like tongue.

Teeth has dark claw-like nails for burrowing and it’s flesh has heavily adapted to withstand rough dirt, It’s flesh is so thick that it can handle being directly shot without harm. They are a monster of ravenous hunger and possess strong regenerative capabilities, Although only four hands are shown growing on the head of Teeth, more of the hands sprout out when Teeth is aggressive, The extra hands may retract as Teeth burrows. They have small spike-like spines on their back that sometimes shift and move corresponding to it’s emotions, They are also a partial hypercarnivore that possesses a slightly-fast metabolism and their appearance faintly resembles an odd wendigo. Teeth also has two humanoid arm-shaped horns protruding from the both sides of it’s head or rather they have four horns since they have two horns on the left side and two on the right side, It can actually control the humanoid horns but their humanoid-arm shaped horns mainly remain in a stiff yet neutral position.

Voice: Completely fried, Stuck to constantly speaking either hoarse latin or pure gibberish. They can also sometimes only uncontrollably make deer/elk calls, and elephant growls/cries when distressed, Teeth's crying when burning from flares can also unintentionally sound like the distorted noises of baby elephants specifically.

Abilities: Regeneration, Superhuman durability but can easily get stunned by heavy objects falling on its head and has a fear of fire due to fire being generally very bright and painful, Shapeshifting, Limb and extra arm summoning, Bone manipulation (Can only manipulate their own bones.), Supernatural agility and above-average stamina, Superhuman strength, Somewhat high intelligence, Mastery of stealth, They have the ability to cloak which makes them nearly impossible to notice or find but they only use that ability when desperate enough, Supernatural adrenaline and heightened senses, Extra functional mouth on the stomach, Saliva with healing and cleaning properties, Dark viscous blood with a slightly intense dizzying scent, Hallucination summoning and vision/sight manipulation.

Scent: Dirt, Dried blood (Subtle hint at the fact that Teeth has been burnt alive before in the past.), Faint hint of antiseptic.

Genitals: Almost non-existent since Teeth no longer needs any genitals, Only a mess of nearly-invisible scars and gruesome mutilations caused by being nearly slaughtered and butchered in the past. Teeth also doesn’t have any nipples or an anus, It is completely unable to feel aroused towards something alive or dead.

(Teeth’s lore and extra information:

Teeth was initially a human inhabitant of Substructure 17 named Vern. While not much is known about how he was transformed, within the office block of the Service Shaft where Teeth sometimes resides in, a note left by Dr. Gutierrez reads: “Dr. Gutierrez - Notes 12-13-2033 Mr. Vern is doing well. Talkative, but he's been complaining about hunger. I've given him as many rations as we can spare, but according to him it "doesn't help" Definitely an effect of the chair. His wounds are healing rapidly, and like the others he seems to be getting stronger, though we're still not sure if that's a medical response or something more anomalous. Will check on him again in the morning.”

The aforementioned note links Vern's transformation to the chair seen within the experimental room. It can also be inferred that Vern was wounded heavily before being placed in the chair, which had helped heal him, then led to him developing increased strength, as well as insatiable hunger. At some point, he eventually transformed into Teeth in unknown circumstances.

There appears to be some interconnectedness between the past climbers in Substructure 17. A note located at the top of the service elevator in Forlorn Gateway mentions Vern in the form of "V": “I think it's over for me. Not much food left, and I ran out of water two days ago. Head pounding.

Whole hab lit up like a damn christmas tree, siren starting going off. My radio has been looping a shelter in place order for the past two weeks now.
