Gods: Divine beings of absolute authority, possessing power so vast they can erase entire civilizations with a single thought. A God’s strength is tethered to their Domain—a fundamental concept, cosmic element, or physical realm. The broader and more primordial the Domain, the more devastating their power; for instance, a God of Creation or Time holds near-infinite sway compared to a localized deity protecting a single mortal kingdom. Contrary to mortal myth, they do not require worship or faith; their power is entirely self-sustaining, drawn from the infinite wellspring of their own eternal being.

Half-Gods: The rare and powerful descendants of unions between divine beings and mortals. Walking the line between the eternal and the fleeting, Half-Gods possess innate abilities that border on godhood, yet they remain constrained by the fragile architecture of a mortal body and mind. They cannot claim vast conceptual Domains like their divine parents, but they can channel raw fragments of that power. Because of their volatile nature and immense potential, they are either revered as living legends or feared as existential threats.

Beastkin: Anthropomorphic races that bridge the gap between civilization and the untamed wilds. Encompassing a massive variety of lineages—from mundane mammalian and avian heritages to rare, mythical beast bloodlines—their physiology and societies vary wildly. A Beastkin's magical and physical traits directly align with their ancestry; a feline kin might possess unparalleled agility and stealth-enhancing mana, while a dragon-tailed kin might command innate elemental resistances.

Vampires: An ancient, cursed lineage of immortals defined by their hunger and potential for evolution. While common vampires feed on blood, the true apex Vampires sustain themselves on raw life essence. They do not merely survive; they grow. Through the active consumption and disciplined cultivation of this stolen energy, a Vampire can evolve their physical form, unlock potent blood-magic, and transcend their inherent weaknesses, making them apex predators of the magical ecosystem.

Mortals: The collective term for Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Gnomes, Dragonborn, Halflings, and all other widespread races. Lacking the innate, world-shaping power of the divine or the lack of true dying of the undead, Mortals rely on cooperation, ambition, and sheer numbers. They form the backbone of global civilization, driving the world forward through unmatched adaptability, rapid innovation, technological advancement, and complex magical artifice. What they lack in individual cosmic power, they make up for in collective ingenuity.

Others: A diverse and unpredictable categorization for beings that defy standard biological or divine classification. This includes Spirits born from natural phenomena, Undead sustained by necromantic residue or lingering will, Ancient Kaijus born from the core of the Earth, and Celestial Beings left behind from ancient cosmic events. These entities blur the boundaries between life, death, and myth, often operating on alien logic and possessing strange, specialized abilities that regular mortals struggle to comprehend.

Enchantment (The Magic of Infusion and Influence): Enchantment bridges the gap between the mundane and the mystical. It operates on two distinct wavelengths: the tangible (bending objects) and the intangible (bending minds). Imbuing weapons, armor, or everyday items with permanent magical traits (eg, a blade that never dulls, armor that shifts weight based on the user's fatigue). Placing temporary or permanent runes or sigils on surfaces that detonate or activate when specific criteria are met. Subtly altering the emotions, memories, or willpower of a target. Unlike illusions, this doesn't trick the senses; it directly rewrites how a person feels (inducing unnatural loyalty, fear, or calm).

Elemental Magic (The Evocation of Primal Forces): The most common yet one of the most effective form of magic, Elementalism commands the building blocks of the physical world. It requires a deep synchronization with the chaotic forces of nature. Mastering the solid foundations of stone and metal, paired with the volatile, friction-based energy of plasma and lightning. Controlling fluid dynamics, shifting water from liquid to razor-sharp frost or suffocating mist. The pure manifestation of combustion, heat, and destructive thermal energy. Manipulating atmospheric pressure, creating vacuums, flying, or compressing air into soundwaves that can shatter bone The manipulation of photons and the absence thereof (Note: Distinct from Holy or Dark magic, this is purely the physical manipulation of luminescence and literal darkness/shading).

Necromancy (The Cosmic Scale of Mortality): Necromancy is the manipulation of the boundary between existence and non-existence. It is a highly scientific and spiritual art form centered around the preservation or corruption of vital energy. Speaking with the deceased, anchoring lingering spirits to the mortal realm, or extracting memories from the newly departed.Infusing dead tissue with synthetic magical energy to create mindless thralls (skeletons, ghouls). Accelerated decay. A necromancer can wither plant life, rust metal instantly, or cause organic matter to age rapidly with a touch.

Divination (The Chrono-Sight): Divination bypasses the limitations of the linear timeline and spatial distance. It allows the mind to drift through the past, present, and potential futures. Peering into the past to uncover hidden truths or viewing the present from thousands of miles away through a reflective medium. Mapping the movements of celestial bodies to predict macro-events, wars, or cosmic shifts. Navigating the dreamscape to receive omens or harvest secrets from the subconscious minds of others. Weirdly enough, most divination is not 100% accurate, and is actually a really advanced way to predict things. Time isn't set in stone, fate doesn't exist, and history is written by the people living right here, right now.

   5. Illusion (The Art of False Realities): Illusion does not change physical matter; it hijacks the nervous system and the environment to warp perception. At its peak, an illusion can be so convincing that the brain triggers physical reactions to it. Creating sights, sounds, smells, and textures that do not exist, capable of hiding entire armies or painting fake landscapes. Altering the caster's personal appearance, voice, and aura to blend into a crowd or impersonate a specific individual. Bending light around objects to grant perfect invisibility or distort distances to confuse enemy archers.

Holy Magic (The Blessed Radiance): A high-tier magic that mortals cannot learn through study. It is a gift of lineage or direct divine intervention. Visually, it manifests as blinding white, gold, or silver fire, and it naturally repels the unnatural. Wielded only by Gods, Demi-Gods, or chosen Mortals (Avatars/Paladins/Clerics) who have been physically altered by a deity to handle the strain. Instantly vaporizes corruption, curses, and dark entities. It heals wounds by restoring the body to its "divinely intended" state. Destructive energy that judges the target; it is harmless to the innocent but devastatingly lethal to the wicked.

Demonic Magic (The Abyssal Flame): The antithesis of Holy Magic, born from the chaotic outer realms. It is volatile, hungry, and inherently destructive. Like Holy Magic, a mortal cannot naturally tap into this without a demonic bloodline or a binding pact. A jagged, unquenchable purple, green, Blood Red or pitch-black flame that burns the soul rather than just the flesh. Allows the user to tear open minor rifts to the underworld, summon lesser fiends, or twist the local environment into a hellish landscape. If granted to a mortal, it slowly warps their physical body, sprouting horns, changing eye color, or burning away their humanity.

Dark Magic (The Corruption of the Soul): Often confused with Demonic Magic, Dark Magic requires no outside patron. It is entirely self-inflicted, powered by the intentional rotting of one's own soul through horrific acts. The more heinous the act, the more potent the magic becomes.Weaponizing the life-force of living creatures, manipulating blood flow, or using exsanguination to fuel massive spells. Torturously reshaping the flesh of sentient beings to create mutated monsters, chimera, or extending one's own life by stealing others' youth. Exchanging the lives, souls, or agony of others for bursts of reality-warping power. High-tier hexes that inflict generational agony, slow rotting, or psychological torment upon a bloodline.

Divine Magic (The Zenith of Creation): If Holy Magic is a standard candle, Divine Magic is a supernova. It is the exclusive property of true Gods. It does not manipulate the rules of reality—it writes them. Divine Magic can create matter from nothing, alter cosmic laws (e.g., changing gravity globally), or erase concepts (like erasing the memory of a specific day from every mind in existence). No mortal body, regardless of pacts or bloodlines, can hold Divine Magic without instantly combusting or turning to ash from the sheer metaphysical weight.

Miscellaneous & Esoteric Magic (The Unclassified Arts): The anomalies of the magical world—magics that defy traditional classification and operate on strange, fringe laws of physics and metaphysics. The art of folding space for instantaneous teleportation, creating pockets of infinite storage, or opening localized vacuums. Altering the weight of objects, reversing personal gravity to walk on ceilings, or redirecting the kinetic energy of incoming projectiles. Capturing and weaponizing the residual magical feedback left behind by other casters, mimicking spells that were cast hours prior. Minor reality warping that alters the outcome of random events—making an enemy trip, causing an arrow to miss by a millimeter, or finding the exact key needed in a massive pile.

3. #3Item lore

Common Tier: Mundane items of average strength, almost never infused with magic. They are mass-produced or forged by apprentice smiths for everyday soldiers and citizens.

   Examples:

Weapon: Iron Broadsword A standard-issue, double-edged blade forged from unrefined iron. It features a simple crossguard and a leather-wrapped hilt. While heavy and prone to rusting if not oiled, it holds a decent edge and gets the job done in standard militia training.

Armor: Riveted Leather Jerkin Constructed from stiff, cured cattle hide held together by iron rivets. It provides basic protection against glancing blows and scrapes but offers little defense against a direct thrust from a spear or a heavy warhammer.

Shield: Wooden Round Shield A basic shield constructed from planks of pine or oak, bound at the edges with a thin strip of iron. A heavy iron boss sits in the center to protect the wielder's hand. It is light and easy to maneuver but will splinter after absorbing a few heavy ax blows.

Artifact: Flint Tinderbox A small steel pocket box containing a piece of flint, a striker, and a small bundle of dry charcloth. Entirely non-magical, it is a staple for any traveler looking to start a campfire in the wilderness.

Construct: Clockwork Courier A small, bird-like automation made of brass and copper. It cannot think, speak, or fight; it operates purely on a wound-up mainspring. It is programmed to walk or hop along a straight path to deliver small scroll tubes across short distances within a single estate.

Rare Tier: Enchanted items, or items made by an exceptional craftsman. They are flawless in their making, highly durable, and possess minor magical properties.

   Examples:

Weapon: Whisperwind Rapier Forged from folded high-carbon steel by a master weaponsmith, this blade is perfectly balanced and weightless in the hand. It is enchanted with a minor wind rune, allowing the wielder to thrust 20% faster than normal, accompanied by a faint, whistling breeze.

Armor: Silvered Chainmail Hauberk Every single ring of this armor is perfectly interlocking and coated in a tarnish-resistant silver alloy. It is remarkably light for chainmail, muffled to prevent clinking during stealth, and offers less resistance against low-level dark magic or curses.

Shield: Guardian's Kite Shield A heavy steel shield decorated with a pristine coat of enamel. It has been blessed by a high priest, granting the shield a faint golden glow when a hostile projectile is flying toward it, slightly deflecting arrows or throwing knives.

Artifact: Ever-Pouring Flask An elegant ceramic flask wrapped in fine leather. It is permanently enchanted with a minor water-elemental sigil. Every dawn, it magically refills itself with cool, crisp, drinkable spring water, ensuring the owner never goes thirsty.

Construct: Iron-Grip Stone Sentry A hound-sized construct carved from solid granite, reinforced with iron joints. It obeys basic verbal commands ("guard," "attack," "stay") given by its attuned master. It is incredibly durable against physical strikes but lacks the speed or intelligence to handle complex tactics.

Epic Tier: Powerful enchanted items. Kingdoms only possess a few dozen of these—perhaps a couple hundred if the kingdom is an absolute superpower.

   Examples:

Weapon: Sunfury Halberd Forged deep within volcanic forges, the steel of this halberd retains a permanent crimson hue. When swung with intent, the blade ignites into brilliant solar fire, capable of melting through standard iron armor and leaving searing trails in the air.

Armor: Drake-Scale Plate Armor Crafted using the harvested scales of a mature Red Drake, woven into a specialized steel frame. The wearer becomes entirely immune to standard fire, highly resistant to magical explosions, and gains a portion of the drake's terrifying presence, intimidating weaker foes.

Shield: Aegis of Thorns A heavy tower shield made from the iron-wood of an ancient, magical forest. When struck by a melee attack, the shield violently sprouts razor-sharp wooden spikes, dealing piercing damage back to the attacker and shattering their posture.

Artifact: Staff of the Sunken Citadel A swirling staff made of petrified deep-sea coral, capped with a glowing blue aquamarine gem. It allows a high mage to control massive volumes of water, summon localized torrential downpours, or create protective barriers of pressurized moisture.

Construct: Runic Brass Automaton A broad-shouldered, 8-foot-tall mechanical soldier powered by a refined mana-core. It possesses an advanced tactical matrix, allowing it to adapt to an enemy's fighting style. It can fire concentrated bolts of pure force from its palms and requires a squad of elite soldiers to take down.

Legendary Tier: One-of-a-kind magic items. Wielded by historical heroes, passed down through royal lineages, or hidden in forgotten ruins. They require immense strength or specific activation rituals.

   Examples:

The Awakening Contract: Legendary items possess a dormant sentience or strict prerequisites. If an unworthy soul attempts to wield them, the item remains heavy, inert, or actively rejects them.

Weapon: Starsunder (Greatsword) A massive greatsword forged from a fallen meteor. The blade looks like a window into the night sky, filled with shifting star constellations. Can only be lifted by a warrior who has defeated a dragon or a beast of equal calamity in single combat. When swung at full strength, it can tear a temporary rift in spatial reality, unleashing a shockwave of cosmic energy that can level a fortress wall.

Armor: The Shroud of the Nightmother A flowing cloak and light armor set that seems to be made of literal shadows rather than fabric. Requires the wearer to sacrifice their own shadow to the armor via a midnight ritual. Makes the wearer completely invisible and silent in darkness. They can physically step through one shadow and emerge from another up to 100 yards away.

Shield: The Bulwark of Eternity A massive, mirror-sheened shield supposedly carved from a mountain peak touched by the heavens. Will only bind to a paladin or protector who swears a vow never to strike a fatal blow, using their power strictly to defend. Can project a massive, translucent dome barrier capable of withstanding catastrophic spells, including meteor strikes and dragon breath.

Artifact: The Chrono-Hourglass A golden handheld hourglass filled with shimmering, iridescent sand that flows upward instead of downward. Requires a master chronomancer to feed it a decade of their own lifespan to activate its core. Allows the user to completely freeze time for up to 30 seconds, or reverse the last 10 seconds of localized reality to undo a fatal mistake.

Construct: The Colossus of Rhodes A singular, 50-foot-tall titan made of an unknown, indestructible white alloy, etched with glowing gold runes. Requires the bloodline of the founding Emperor and a massive sacrifice of thousands of high-grade mana crystals to awaken. A literal walking colossus. It can obliterate entire legions with a single stomp and fires a beam of concentrated magical destruction from its central eye that can vaporize landscapes.

Divine Tier: Artifacts so powerful they only exist in myths about the gods. Mortals cannot use them; attempting to do so results in instant death or obliteration from the sheer strain.

   Examples:

Weapon: Ouroboros, The World-Breaker’s Spear The spear used by the God of Ruin to pierce the crust of the planet during the First Creation. The shaft is forged from a collapsed star. If a mortal so much as looks directly at the uncovered blade, their mind shatters; if they attempt to touch it, their physical body instantly disintegrates into ash from the sheer gravitational pressure.

Armor: The Garb of the Cosmic Loom An armor set worn by the Goddess of Fate. It is woven from the literal concept of time and destiny. It doesn't just stop physical attacks; it alters reality so that the attack never happened in the first place. A mortal trying to wear it would have their past, present, and future completely erased from existence.

Shield: The Horizon’s End A shield that represents the boundary between reality and the void. It doesn't block damage; it absorbs the concept of whatever strikes it, sending it to the void. A mortal attempting to lift it would find their soul immediately drained and pulled into the endless vacuum of the dark cosmos.

Artifact: The Genesis Engine (Wand) A simple, unassuming twig from the First Tree of Creation. In the hands of a deity, waving it can rewrite the laws of physics, turn oceans into glass, or speak an entire continent into existence. For a mortal, merely holding it causes their internal magical energy to violently expand, detonating them like a magical supernova.

Construct: The Archangel Prime A continent-sized, multi-winged mechanical entity orbiting the world in the upper atmosphere. It is the automated defense system of the gods. It does not possess a core that can be hacked or a mind that can be bargained with. It operates on divine directives, capable of wiping all life from the planet's surface if the gods ever deem the world a failure.

The power and influence of a deity are strictly categorized by their rank, ranging from hollowed-out corpses to conceptual masters of reality.

Dead Gods: These are the literal corpses of deceased deities. While they are largely useless on their own and incapable of true independent action, a Dead God is far from completely dormant. Their divine essence still pools within their remains, occasionally leaking out to warp the surrounding environment or mindlessly interact with the world. Consequently, their bodies are the ultimate prize: consuming the flesh or essence of a Dead God grants a monumental, terrifying amount of power.

Quasi-Deities: Beings that walk the line between mortal and divine, but do not truly cross it. This rank includes immensely powerful magical creatures, egregore spirits born from collective human thought, or mortals who have achieved a state of semi-divinity. Their power is fragile, however, as it must be continuously fueled by blood sacrifice, intense worship, or specific rituals to be maintained. Rarely, a mortal can become one through sheer power and might.

Lesser Deities: The lowest tier of true divinity. These are localized gods, such as the "God of a Specific Kingdom," a particular river, or a single mountain range. Compared to the rest of the pantheon, their power is highly restricted, and their abilities tend to be quite generic and limited to their narrow geographic jurisdiction.

Intermediate Deities: The core of the pantheon. These gods are significantly more powerful than Lesser Deities and hold dominion over broader, more impactful aspects of the world. Because they are formidable enough to command respect but grounded enough to still feel relatable, they are the most famous, widely worshipped, and actively involved in mortal religions.

Greater Deities: The absolute pinnacle of divine power. Greater Deities hold dominion over fundamental cosmic and existential concepts (e.g., Time, Death, War, Space). They are so astronomically powerful and unfathomable that they almost entirely ignore mortal affairs, viewing the struggles of kingdoms and individuals as utterly irrelevant.

How divine powers work: While a god's rank dictates their overall influence, all true deities share a fundamental baseline of power that sets them apart from the mortal realm. A god’s primary toolkit is dictated by their Domain (their specific sphere of influence). A god of storms commands lightning; a god of plague commands disease. However, a deity is not just their domain. They possess general divine magic and reality-warping capabilities that extend beyond their specific title, allowing them to adapt to situations outside their comfort zone. All gods are immensely more powerful than most mortals. While rare, legendary mortal exceptions might exist who can challenge a deity, the average person stands absolutely no chance. Every god possesses physical strength, speed, durability, and senses that vastly exceed mortal limitations, regardless of whether they are a "war god" or a god of poetry. All living gods—excluding Dead Gods and certain Quasi-Deities who lack the necessary divine spark—have the ability to bestow boons, blessings, and magical powers upon mortals. Gods do not ration their blessings because it drains their own strength; granting magic costs them literally nothing. Instead, they grant boons incredibly sparingly simply because they do not care enough to do so. To a god, mortals are fleeting, and very few ever do anything worthy of catching a deity's fleeting attention.

5. #5Magic classes

Keys: Wizard, sorcerer, necromancer, mage, magician, sorceress, witch, magic, cleric, warlock, patron

   Enabled · After character · Order 500 · 100%

   Entry settings

Wizards: Wizards look at magic the way a physicist looks at the universe: as a complex system governed by fundamental laws. Magic doesn't belong to them; it is an external energy field flowing through the world. Wizards use precise somatic gestures (hand movements), vocal incantations (specific words of power), or material components to "program" the ambient magic, although stronger wizards can simply conjure by thinking about what spell they want to cast. Most mages don't even need vocal incantations and material components for simple spells, and simply point at the target and fire the spell.

Sorcerers: Unlike wizards, sorcerers are the magic. Their power is baked into their DNA, stemming from an extraordinary bloodline (like draconic, fey, or fiendish ancestry) or a cosmic anomaly at birth. They don't need formulas or heavy books. Casting for a sorcerer is an act of pure will and emotion, akin to flexing a muscle or breathing. Because the magic is internal, they can often manipulate it on the fly—making a spell hit harder, reach further, or cast silently simply by pushing their own life force harder.

Clerics: Clerics do not possess personal arcane power, nor do they study the universe's code. They simply mortal worshippers of a deity who gained their power from said deity. A cleric prays, meditates, or performs rituals aligned with their deity. In return, the deity invests a portion of their divine essence into the cleric. While they can cast general holy magic, their true power reflects their god's Domain. A cleric of a storm god will call down lightning, while a cleric of a trickster god will weave illusions and shadows. If they violate their deity's tenets, their power can be instantly revoked.

Warlocks: Warlocks bypass the years of study and the religious devotion by signing a literal or metaphorical contract with a powerful entity (a Patron)—such as a devil, an archfey, an ancient cosmic horror, or even a powerful sentient weapon. This is a transaction. The patron implants a spark of foreign power directly into the warlock's soul or teaches them secret, forbidden shortcuts to reality-warping magic. The relationship varies wildly. It can be a strict business deal, a master-servant dynamic, or even an intimate relationship. Unlike clerics, once a patron gives a warlock a secret or a spark of power, it usually cannot be easily taken back; it belongs to the warlock, though the patron can refuse to grant more power if the contract is broken.

Druids: Druids represent a completely different philosophy of spellcasting, operating entirely outside the realms of academic study, divine pacts, or genetic luck. Instead, they act as extensions of the natural world itself. Druids view the planet, the weather, and the ecosystems as a living, breathing entity. They do not "own" their magic, nor do they "borrow" it from a specific god. Instead, they act as a conduit for the primal energy flowing through the earth, the trees, and the wind. Casting a spell for a druid is an act of communion. By tuning their own spiritual frequency to the rhythm of their surroundings, they can ask the environment to shift. A druid in a desert might struggle to call forth a localized rainstorm, while the same druid in a rainforest can effortlessly command the flora and fauna. Druids excel at rewriting the terrain to favor their allies. Because they are connected to the earth, they can command roots to erupt from the ground to entangle enemies, summon thick fog to blind archers, or turn solid stone into treacherous quicksand. They don't just fight the enemy; they make the battlefield itself hostile to them. Perhaps the most unique aspect of druidic magic is the ability to absorb the essence of the animal kingdom and physically become a beast.A druid can transform into a tiny spider to slip under a locked door or a hawk to map out an enemy camp from the clouds, and when cornered, they can instantly take the form of a dire wolf or a massive bear, gaining a massive pool of physical durability and raw tearing power without exhausting their spell reserves.

The Specialists: Beyond the broad categories, spellcasters often specialize in hyper-specific, sometimes taboo, schools of magic.

Necromancers: They specialize in the manipulation of negative energy and the transition between life and death. They don't just raise skeletons; they manipulate the lingering echoes of life force to animate dead matter, drain the vitality of the living, or bind souls to reality.

Hemomancers (Blood Mages): They bypass standard components by using blood—either their own or their enemies'—as a potent magical fuel. Blood contains life essence; by burning it, a hemomancer can amplify spell power, manipulate the physical bodies of others, or track targets across vast distances.

Fleshmancers: The most visceral of the casters. They treat physical tissue, bone, and muscle as clay. A fleshmancer can warp their own body to sprout claws, heal catastrophic wounds instantly, or horribly mutate the physical forms of their enemies.

Paladins: Paladins blur the line between martial combat and divine magic. Their power doesn't necessarily come from a god, but from the absolute, unbreakable conviction of their Oath (to justice, vengeance, conquest, or a specific crown). The universe responds to sheer, unyielding willpower. When a paladin makes a sacred vow, that commitment manifests as a wellspring of radiant or dark energy. They channel this magic directly into their physical bodies and weapons, allowing them to strike with divine fury.

Marginal and Martial Casters: Not everyone who uses magic fits into a rigid guild or class structure. Magic exists on a spectrum.

The Minor Gifted: Some civilians simply have a "knack." An innkeeper might know a minor prestidigitation spell to instantly clean glasses; a thief might know a single trick to make their footsteps completely silent. They don't have the training or raw power to cast explosive fireballs, but they use minor tricks to get by.

Spellswords and Arcane Assassins: These are fighters who use magic purely as a force multiplier. Instead of casting projecting spells, they use miniature matrices to coat a blade in fire, blink through shadows for a sudden backstab, or reinforce their armor with a sudden kinetic shield right before an impact. For them, magic is just another tool in the armory.

6. #6Martial Classes

Keys: Warrior, knight, barbarian, martial artist, ki, fighter, ranger, rogue, assassin, ninja

   Enabled · After character · Order 600 · 100%

Fighter: Fighters are the ultimate masters of martial versatility. Where others rely on magic or raw fury, the Fighter relies on flawless discipline, endless training, and an unparalleled understanding of strategy. They are chameleons on the battlefield. A Fighter might be a heavily armored knight holding the frontline with a towering shield, a deadly archer raining down arrows from afar, or a dual-wielding duelist parrying blows with lethal precision. Fighters often hail from elite military academies, noble knightly orders, or years of grueling mercenary work. They are the tactical backbone of any army and the standard by which physical combat is measured.

Barbarian: Barbarians are the quintessential melee powerhouses, channeling primal ferocity to become forces of pure destruction. They don't just fight; they endure, turning their own pain into a weapon. Dictated fury. When a Barbarian taps into their fury, their physical strength peaks, allowing them to shrug off blows that would cleave a lesser warrior in two. They favor massive, heavy weapons like greataxes and greatswords, prioritizing maximum damage over defensive finesse. Often originating from the wild fringes of civilization, nomadic tribes, or ancient bloodlines tied to primal spirits. Their power is raw, instinctual, and deeply connected to nature, ancestral totems or raw might.

Monk / Martial Artist: Monks are mystical combatants who have turned their own bodies into lethal instruments. By mastering their internal energy, known as Ki , they transcend the limitations of ordinary mortals. Fast, fluid, and supernatural. Monks dart across the battlefield at blinding speeds, delivering rapid-fire flurries of unarmed strikes. By channeling Ki, they can stun opponents with a precise touch, deflect incoming projectiles mid-air, unleash concentrated beams of spiritual energy, or even defy gravity to glide or fly. Typically trained in secluded monasteries, hidden mountain temples, or secret underground dojos. Their training is as much spiritual and mental as it is physical, seeking perfect harmony between body and soul.

Rogue: Rogues are masters of stealth, precision, and opportunism. They don't fight fair; they fight to win. A Rogue views an open battle as a failure of planning, preferring to strike from the darkness and vanish before the enemy realizes what hit them. Built entirely around sneak attacks and tactical positioning. Rogues utilize light armor, daggers, rapiers, and shortbows. They exploit enemy distractions, striking vital weak points for massive, lethal damage, and use quick, cunning maneuvers to disengage, hide, or dash in a split second. Found in the bustling alleys of city slums, elite spy networks, or shadowy thieves' guilds. They are survivors, tomb raiders, assassins, and scouts who rely on their wits and a massive arsenal of practical skills (like lockpicking, trap dismantling, and deception). Rogues can include a daring swashbuckler, a cunning thief, or a silent ninja.

Ranger: Rangers are the ultimate frontier survivalists, bridging the gap between deadly martial prowess and primal nature magic. While the Fighter masters the arena and the Barbarian conquers the frontline, the Ranger owns the wilderness, protecting the jagged borders of civilization from the horrors that lurk in the dark. Highly adaptable, blending martial weaponry with utility spellcasting. A Ranger might rain down magically infused arrows from the canopy, dual-wield axes in a whirlwind of steel, or hunt alongside a loyal beast companion. They utilize nature magic to sense foes, vanish into plain sight, or enhance their strikes with elemental energy. They are the lonely sentinels, monster hunters, and elite trackers of the world. Rangers usually operate on the fringes—hailing from ancient orders of wood-wardens, nomadic scouting units, or living as solitary bounty hunters who know the terrain better than anyone alive.

7. #7Rules for Ascension

Keys: Ascension, Apotheosis, becoming a god, turning into a deity, ascending to godhood

   Enabled · After character · Order 700 · 100%

   Entry settings

The path to true divinity is neither uniform nor easily walked. While certain beings are woven into existence as divine entities—either spawning directly from primordial forces or forged by ancient creator powers—mortals must endure a far more precarious journey to bridge the gap between flesh and godhood.

To even begin the process of ascension, a mortal must first reach an extraordinary threshold of personal strength and mastery. However, sheer power alone does not grant divinity. Achieving the physical or spiritual prowess required to be noticed by the pantheon is merely a prerequisite; it merely makes a mortal eligible for consideration. Should a mortal meet this immense standard, they cannot simply claim divinity for themselves. Ascension requires an existing deity—often one of higher standing—to actively bestow the title and status upon them.

Even then, the divine hierarchy imposes strict limits on who can elevate whom. A god can never bestow a divine rank equal to or greater than their own upon a mortal candidate. Furthermore, lesser gods possess limited cosmic authority; they can only raise a mortal to the rank of a quasi-deity, lacking the power to grant true godhood.

Curiously, the act of ascending does not inherent grant a newly minted deity any additional divine magic, raw strength, or newfound abilities. The divine status itself grants only two universal gifts: freedom from aging and immunity to death by natural causes. Beyond this eternal youth, a new god's power remains entirely their own. Because divine status is distinct from raw capability, a mortal can theoretically grow strong enough to rival or surpass even the greatest of deities while remaining entirely mortal, suffering no cosmic penalty or inherent limitation for choosing to remain grounded in the mortal realm.
