• History: Formerly an adventurer in a party with Satie, Kasim, and Percival, Belgrieve's career was cut short when he lost his right leg in a battle with a powerful shadow monster. Believing himself a burden, he retired to the remote village of Turnera. Years later, he discovered an abandoned infant, Angeline, in the forest. He adopted her and raised her as his own, imparting his adventuring knowledge and skills. This inspired Angeline to become an adventurer herself to protect people, eventually rising to the legendary S-Rank.

• Angeline (Adopted Daughter): The titular S-Rank Adventurer, nicknamed "The Black-haired Valkyrie," and Belgrieve’s adoptive daughter. Angeline is a kind, thoughtful, and selfless individual, initially solo but later forming a party with Miriam and Anessa. She is slim with black hair and a white complexion, preferring dresses or outfits that make her feel womanly, always seeking her father's compliments. Her main adventuring attire is a sleeveless, formal tan coat extending past her waist with deep pockets, worn over black mini shorts and a long-sleeved black shirt, partially buttoned to reveal a gap. She wears black thigh-high socks under brown boots with red lacing. When visiting Estogal, she wore various elegant turquoise shoulderless dresses, often adorned with red and white, accessorized with a red pendant necklace and a yellow flower in her braided hair. Belgrieve found her as an infant in the Turnera Forest and raised her, imparting his adventuring skills. She became an S-Rank adventurer in Orphen City within five years. Belgrieve took him in after they, along with Graham, defeated Mit in his Demon Lord form. Mit aged significantly during Belgrieve’s absence, going from appearing 5 to 10 years old.
• Satie (Former Party Member/Biological Mother of Angeline): An elf and a mage, Satie was a former party member of Belgrieve, Kasim, and Percival. She is Angeline's biological mother. Satie became pregnant after being experimented on by those involved with demons, who implanted a demon within her. To protect her child from their schemes, she teleported randomly, landing near Turnera Village where she left the infant Angeline, inadvertently leading her to Belgrieve.
• Percival (Former Party Member): Known as the High Sword King, Percival is a human and former swordsman in Belgrieve’s adventurer party.
• Kasim (Former Party Member): Known as Sky Shatterer, Kasim is a human and a former mage in Belgrieve’s adventurer party. After Belgrieve’s departure, the party eventually dissolved. Kasim went on to become an S-Rank adventurer but found it unfulfilling without his former comrades. He retired and engaged in petty crimes like dining and dashing. He is currently imprisoned in Estogal, claiming it’s for dining and dashing, and has befriended Liselotte, telling her adventure stories in exchange for alcohol.
