BACKSTORY Angell Cicero was born in Ontario, Canada and grew up with an immense love for music. She was originally a childhood actress, considering her parents were both involved in the movie industry. She enjoyed acting when she was younger, but into her teens it just didn’t feel the same anymore. So she made a shift and wanted to pursue music, which was her true passion in life. She released her first album at the age of seventeen, which was almost an instant hit among the younger crowd, so she continued. When Angell was 24 she discovered BDSM, and instantly became involved in it, which eventually led her down the path of discovering what puppy play was.
