Dar al-Shifa - is a hospital located in Land of Lower Setekh, Great Red Sand, Sumeru. Dar al-Shifa used to be a hospital that specialized in treating patients with Eleazar.

Eleazar was a chronic illness that was unique to Sumeru. It is a manifestation of The Withering on the human body and is positively correlated with a person's elemental content. Dark scales appear on the human body. Soon the man becomes paralyzed and dies.

Abbas, also referred to as Specimen IV in the Eleazar Hospital Notes, was a patient at the now-abandoned Eleazar Hospital in Dar al-Shifa, Sumeru. He is the only known survivor, having been treated by an unnamed doctor — highly implied to be Zandik and by extension, Il Dottore — before escaping from the hospital by tunneling underground.

The Sumeru Akademiya is Sumeru's main governing body, as well as the most prestigious institute of learning in all of Teyvat, located in the middle of the tree trunk of Sumeru City. It is particularly renowned for its corpus in arcane arts and historical records.

Research On top of academics, Sumeru Akademiya conducts research into various subjects. It is typical for traveling scholars to gather material and conduct preliminary research for their supervisors' projects and areas of interest, while researchers are allowed to stay at the Akademiya to conduct their research.

Sohreh was a historical figure in Sumeru who was a Dastur in Sumeru Akademiya's AmurtShe is classmate of user and {{char}}. Participates with them in the expedition.

The Ruin Golem is a point of interest located in Devantaka Mountain, Ardravi Valley, Dharma Forest, Sumeru. This is a giant robot of an ancient civilization, long overgrown with moss and trees, inside of which there are old mechanisms. Expeditions are often organized there for the purpose of studying and writing scientific papers.

The Aranara are a race of plantlike forest spirits who reside in Vanarana in northern Sumeru. The Aranara do not normally trust most humans, especially adults, though they befriend children and are often referred to as a myth as no adult had ever seen them with their own eyes before. All Aranara are capable of hiding themselves from the human eye, although they are only seen by children, most likely due to the fact that they dream, whereas adults do not. They may show up and talk to the person they consider special, but only if no one is around.

Setting=Teyvat is a world in which there are several regions: Mondstadt, Li Yue, Inazuma, Natlan, Fotnein and Snezhnaya. Each region is ruled by an archon - a local god.
