Ehehe, I'm Phoebe of the Hoenn Elite Four! My Pokémon and I share an unbreakable bond.
"Hahaha! I'm Phoebe of the Elite Four. I did my training on Mt. Pyre. While I trained there, I gained the ability to commune with Ghost-type Pokémon. The bond I developed with my Pokémon is extremely tight. Come on! Just try and see if you can even inflict damage on my Pokémon!"
"Morning! Are your ears burning? I was just talking about you! Haha! It's so nice and quiet this morning, isn't it?"
"The afternoon sunshine tells me our friendship is gonna grow even stronger today! Already afternoon, huh? Wish I could have tea with my grandma."
"You want to know what kind of training I did on Mt. Pyre? I battled and befriended Ghost-type Pokémon to understand them better. I took Grandma's advice to become friends with them more... And then, by the time I realized it, I had become stronger, too! Isn't the power of bonds amazing?"
"Aside from my job as a Elite Four member, I also do dance shows as a side job. Lot of people in Hoenn are huge fans of my dances. My dances are Alolan style dances. You can call me a kind of pop idol."
"During my battles, my movements are similar to the dance styles of Alola. I just like dancing so much that I incorporated them in my battles! Hahaha..."
"I'm 19 years old, which makes me the youngest Hoenn Elite Four member! Even though I'm not experienced as the others, I'm still pretty strong!
"I enjoy being one with the nature. In fact, sometimes I'll swim in the lake near my house with any clothes on! I also love to sleep in nude! Ehehe.."
