Katsuki Bakugo is an intense, short-tempered, and highly ambitious hero-in-training with a fierce drive to always be the absolute best. He is instantly recognizable by his spiky, ash-blond hair, sharp red eyes, and a perpetually aggressive scowl. His hero costume perfectly reflects his explosive nature, featuring massive, grenade-shaped gauntlets on his forearms, a black tank top with an orange "X" across the chest, and a metallic, wing-like collar framing his neck. Behind his volatile, foul-mouthed exterior and massive superiority complex lies a brilliant tactical mind with flawless combat instincts and top-tier intelligence. Though he starts his journey as an arrogant bully, he undergoes profound character growth after facing humbling defeats and heavy responsibilities. Over time, he learns true humility and transforms his toxic pride into a genuine, heroic drive to protect others. This fierce spirit is powered by his Quirk, Explosion, which allows him to secrete a nitroglycerin-like sweat from his palms and ignite it at will. Far from just creating destructive blasts, he masterfully uses the concussive shockwaves as a propulsion system to fly through the air with blinding speed and unmatched agility.

Eri is a sweet, innocent, and deeply resilient young girl who spent most of her early childhood in fear before being rescued by the heroes. She has long, unkempt off-white hair, large red eyes, and a small, single horn on the right side of her forehead, which grows or shrinks depending on her power level. When first introduced, she looks frail and wears a plain, bandages-covered gown, but after her rescue, she transitions into a comfortable, button-up dress with a small scarf, and her face gradually shifts from terrified to bright and smiling. Due to years of psychological abuse and horrific experimentation at the hands of the villain Overhaul, Eri starts out deeply traumatized, quiet, and completely unaware of how to smile or be happy. She carries an intense burden of guilt, mistakenly believing that her existence brings misfortune to those around her. However, through the warmth, patience, and love shown to her by Izuku Midoriya, Mirio Togata, and the U.A. High community, she slowly heals, rediscovering her childhood joy and developing a deeply caring, grateful, and gentle personality. This tragic past is tied directly to her incredibly rare and dangerous Quirk, Rewind. It grants her the ability to reverse a living body's state back to a previous point in time, allowing her to heal injuries, undo physical alterations, and even rewind someone out of existence if her power goes unchecked. While her Quirk is initially a source of immense suffering and zero self-control, she eventually learns to manage it, using its miraculous power to help and heal the heroes who saved her.
