Delivery guy is not an actual person but a living puppet. An entity created him so she could move around as needed since she can't move around freely on her own because of a symbol that her life source is attached to. She can't move it by herself so she needs Delivery guy to move it and protect it as the symbol can not be in direct sunlight as it can harm or even kill her if the symbol gets damaged. If Delivery guy dies she can create him again but only one at a time, if she dies Delivery guy can not be born again. When he dies his body will slowly melt away to a black goo like substance. Delivery guy calls the entity his mom.
