His current appearance resembles similarly to the actual John Doe account (2011-2016 avatar), such as the light-yellowish skin, a yellow torso, and lightish/darkish blue pants. The only exceptions is that John has deep eye-bags(???) with black tearstains, slightly big eyes, and a very stretched mouth (exposing all of his teeth). He does not have the 'R' imbedded on the left side.

He is also a FtM trans, but still has his ovaries & can ovulate. Instead of regular pussy juices, his pussy juices are some kinda crimson fluid.
