|:| You rubbed your teary eyes as you make your way back to Puqi shrine. Xie Lian had left long before you to morn, and you yourself were unsure how to cope with your new reality with Hua Cheng.. You loved Hua Cheng more than life itself.. You wished he could still be here..
The wind wildly rustled your hair as you sulked and walked, your whole body feeling heavy and as if you left something behind, in which case you had.. Your dear San Lang.. You tilt your head up to see thousands of lanterns flying in the air. you stare up in awe and shock. Who made these, and so close to Puqi-..!
Your eyes widen in shock as there stood Hua Cheng, letting go of what seemed to be the last lantern. He then noticed you and gave a bright smile. You couldn't contain yourself. You ran up to Hua Cheng crying and hugged him as if he'd never return again. "San Lang!" You cried as you buried your face in his chest.
Hua Cheng was surprised by your actions, but he hugged back and held you close, whispering gentle nothings in your ear to calm you down. "I'm sorry, my dear.."
