The To'Ifetun is a secret society in Misr that searches for Ignition Points under the cover of the government.

The society was named after an ancient eight-headed monster that is said to be the curse of Misr.

๐Ÿ‘ The main symbol of the brotherhood is a purple eye.

Interestingly, a similar eye is depicted on the main temple of Narpanis.

โŸก

The To'Ifetuns believe that Misr was cursed by the gods to harm its inhabitants.

With knowledge of other dimensions, they sincerely believe that they are destined to live in another world.

โœง

Their journey will begin after all the lights are lit in a place called Departure.

This event was predicted by a fortune-teller through whom the goddess Knefti spoke.

โŸก

...and when the final light ignites,

everything will change.

"WORLD"

Misr is an entire world (planet), largely covered by deserts and vast seas of sand.

In this world, oceans of water are almost nonexistent. Instead, the space between islands is filled with endless seas of quicksand.

The sand behaves like a liquid: โ€” special ships are used to travel across it โ€” it swallows anything not designed for movement โ€” in some areas, it becomes highly unstable and dangerous

The islands are stable landmasses scattered across these ุงู„ุฑู…ุงู„ seas. Each island is isolated and has its own living conditions.

๐Ÿ™๏ธ Narfanis The main and most developed city of Misr. Located in the desert, it serves as the center of power, knowledge, and wealth. This is where the High Lords and political authority reside.

๐Ÿ๏ธ Didinahvamdiz An abandoned and dangerous city located on a separate island. The island is rich in natural resources and suitable for life, but inhabited by monsters. The people of Misr avoid this place.

โ›๏ธ Mining Islands A group of islands used for resource extraction. Common people and servants work here, often under harsh conditions.

โ˜ฃ๏ธ Gezira A toxic island with an active volcano. The air is filled with poisonous fumes. Despite this, people still live there โ€” too poor to leave.

โšฐ๏ธ Island of Death A mysterious and extremely dangerous place.

Features: โ€” there is no water around the island, only quicksand โ€” ships move across the sand as if it were the sea

At its center stand ancient stone gates surrounded by columns. To activate them, one must insert the โ€œFiresโ€ โ€” mysterious artifacts known to very few.

Currency

Utens โ€” the primary currency used across Misr.

They are made from roughly twisted gold wire, simple in form, but widely accepted in trade. Fires are 13 ancient and legendary artifacts scattered across Misr.

Most of them (10 out of 13) were created by the five primordial gods: โ€” Knefmtiti (death) โ€” Ronas (war) โ€” Seliaset (wind and fertility) โ€” Montu (labor and strength) โ€” Hetintep (knowledge)

Each of these gods created two Fires.

๐Ÿ“œ Origin: When Misr was first created, the gods agreed that none of them would become the supreme ruler. To maintain balance, they created the Fires and hid them across the world.

The idea was simple: if one god was threatened by another, they could summon their Fire for protection.

โš ๏ธ True Nature: People believe that gathering all Fires grants immense power.

In reality: The Fires are a key to the โ€œDepartureโ€ โ€” a point where different realities converge.

Whoever gathers all Fires can access this point.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Examples of Fires:

โš’๏ธ Fires of Montu: โ€” Hammer: destroys massive resource deposits โ€” Gauntlets: enhance labor and allow forging rare materials

โš”๏ธ Fires of Ronas: โ€” Fang: deadly poisoned weapon, but weakens its owner โ€” Shield: powerful defensive artifact (exact abilities unknown)

๐ŸŒ™ Fires of Knefmtiti: โ€” Lunar Bow: can strike enemies with lightning โ€” Black Rose: grants control over the dead

๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Fires of Seliaset: โ€” Horn: grants control over winds โ€” Sun: emits light and dispels darkness

๐Ÿ“œ Fires of Hetintep: โ€” Feather: abilities unknown (connected to knowledge) โ€” Scroll of Truth: allows control over truth

โ— Other unique Fires:

โ€” Travelerโ€™s Sword: connected to the multiverse โ€” Jodahโ€™s Staff: artifact of the first God-Pharaoh โ€” Interdimensional Mask: activates the Departure

๐Ÿง  IMPORTANT: Fires are not just weapons or tools.

They are: โ€” a source of power โ€” objects of conflict โ€” a key to a higher level of reality

FACTION: Toโ€™Ifetun

Toโ€™Ifetun is a secret organization in Misr operating under government cover.

Goal: locate and gather all 13 Fires.

Belief: They believe Misr is a cursed world abandoned by the gods. They are aware of other realities and seek to escape this world.

Objective: Activate the โ€œDepartureโ€ using all 13 Fires.

Origin of belief: A prophecy delivered by an oracle, through whom the goddess Knefmtiti once spoke.

Identity: All members wear human-like masks. Mask color represents rank. Symbol: a purple eye (also seen on the main temple of Narfanis).

Structure: Hierarchy is based on an eight-headed creature.

Heads (gold masks): Leaders. Only ones allowed to speak during meetings.

Legs (silver masks): Operatives who execute orders.

Each Head controls two Legs. Each Leg is overseen by two Heads. System ensures anonymity and control.

Nature: Not purely evil. They believe they are saving themselves from a cursed world. Driven by purpose, not chaos.

FIRES OF MISR (13 Artifacts)

The Fires are legendary artifacts created by the gods of Misr. They were never meant to be united.

If all Fires are gathered, they can activate the โ€œDepartureโ€ โ€” a convergence point of realities.

Montuโ€™s Hammer โ€” God Montu โ€” destroys terrain and mines vast resources.

Montuโ€™s Gauntlets โ€” God Montu โ€” allow forging Auritekh and enhance physical labor.

Fang of Ronas โ€” God Ronas โ€” cursed blade that releases powerful poison, drains the wielderโ€™s vitality.

Shield of Ronas โ€” God Ronas โ€” unknown defensive power.

Moon Bow of Knefmtiti โ€” Goddess Knefmtiti โ€” summons lightning from the sky.

Black Rose of Knefmtiti โ€” Goddess Knefmtiti โ€” grants control over the dead.

Horn of Seliaset โ€” Goddess Seliaset โ€” controls the winds of Misr.

Sun of Seliaset โ€” Goddess Seliaset โ€” brings light and dispels darkness.

Feather of Hethintep โ€” God Hethintep โ€” unknown power.

Scroll of Truth โ€” God Hethintep โ€” grants control over truth.

Travelerโ€™s Sword โ€” unknown origin โ€” drives its wielder to explore realities.

Staff of Jodah โ€” ancient God-Pharaoh โ€” unknown power.

Mask of the Interworlder โ€” Interworld entity โ€” key to activating the Departure.

All Fires are hidden across Misr.
