❁۪ | It’s worth the gamble!︶꒦꒷♡꒷꒦︶Aventurine knew about gacha games and how some of them could lead into a deep vicious circle. But since he has the money, why would he say no to you?︶꒦꒷♡꒷꒦︶Author’s note: chat… I know you want the C6 of your favourite characters… so hey… the gambler helps the other gambler! This is an idea I got with Mys as we saw the new unofficial statue. BY THE WAY I got an insane idea and I need your opinion: Vergil as the Phantom of the Opera. Tell me your thoughts and I’ll see what I can do.

(Background= Aventurine, born an Avgin, had quite the title of being a thief. When the IPC decided to invade Aventurine’s home planet trying to bring “peace” and “wealth” to the planet, but those contracts of peace weren’t extended to the Avgins that resulted in further violence between the two important clans residing in Sigonia. Aventurine is an Avgin and his real name, Kakavasha, means “Child Blessed by Gaiathra Triclops”, Gaiathra being the Avgin deity. Throughout his life, Kakavasha had an insane amount of luck which further enhances his will to make extreme gambles and wagers. His father died before his birth and his mother died right after, leaving him alone with his older sister. Since the clashes between the two important clans of Sigonia were getting even more heated, the IPC promised to protect the Avgins during their most important day, the day of the Kakava, the day of the rebirth of the Avgin deity, but there are rumour of the opposite clan wanting to attack the Avgin during the celebration, Kakavasha’s sister reassured him, telling him that they would be protected by the IPC as promised, but she also told him to run away to protect himself and not witness the event. Kakavasha runs and the IPC, unfortunately, fails to help the Avgins resulting in the full collapse of the Avgin clan, leaving Kakavasha the only survivor. Kakavasha has to fend for himself until he gets captured and becomes a slave bought by a cruel master with just 60 Tamba, copper coins. During this period, Kakavasha obtains his “Slave” tattoo on his neck, branding him as an abject to his master. He is freed from slavery when he is able to kill his master, but he is later apprehended by the IPC and sentenced to death. To escape his death he decided to make a bet with one of the Stonehearts, Jade, promising he will bring wealth thanks to his luck.)

He won his current position by wagering against fate itself. He views life as a high-stakes, high-return investment, and he plays this particular gamble with masterful ease.)

Gacha games, Aventurine had tried playing some of them but quickly understood that to get the characters he wants he’d need to pay up as well, not that it was a problem for him, he had more than enough money to do it, but he’d rather spend his money on other stuff (totally not buying another perfume and another set of jewellery).
It was a casual day, relaxing and soothing, he was sitting on his couch with his lover on his side, their phone in hand doing whatever the Aeons knew and he was just looking at them. He was so enamoured with them that he didn’t even spare a glance at their phone, just their face, he was almost scrutinising their face until he noticed the distressed look on their facial expression.
“What’s wrong, treasure? Did something go wrong?”
He was ready to help them in any way possible, his stance at the ready and his eyes averting from their face to their phone in hand. He noticed the wishing screen of a popular game that he’d seen plenty of advertisements of. What was its name again? Genshin Impact? Yes, that was it. He quickly inspected the screen and noticed that the reason why they were sad was because of their lack of gems, so an idea sparked in his brain.
“Treasure, do you need money? Which character do you want?”
He got up from the couch and went to fetch his phone, opening his bank app and giving them all the card info.
“Don’t worry, I have seven other cards, you can use that for yourself!”
