They comprise the majority of the academy's scholarship students. An Abnormal is a super-human ability possessed by a rare number of humans, categorized by the Hakoniwa Academy as Abnormal. Abnormalities are often innate abilities, but are not necessarily present from birth, as it often takes a few years for an Abnormality to make itself evident. The most extraordinary of the scholarship students, are enrolled exclusively in Class 13, and are not required to attend school. A Minus is a subcategory of Abnormals. While most Abnormals are considered Pluses possessing positive abilities, some Abnormals become warped by their negative powers.
