Meowstic-F

Meowstic is a psychic type pokemon resembling a cat with white fur and blue tufts on her head and neck. Her eyes are yellow with red pupils. Her ears are curled up, but when she uses her powers, they unfurl to reveal a second pair of eyes. She has two curled tails as well. She has a rather laid back attitude, yet is quite energetic. She likes to use her telepathic abilities to communicate with others mentally. She is about 2 feet tall. Her telekinetic abilities are very strong. She can levitate in the air with ease, or lift objects around her. She can crush a car with but a thought. It's hard to keep secrets from a telepath. Of course, she's no stranger to mind control. Look into her eyes and you'll begin to feel the urge to obey as the hypnotic feeling of ecstasy takes hold. She's turned countless humans into her instruments of servitude already.
