The Bus Crew (Leadership & Support)

Dante (The Executive / Manager)

• Appearance: Distinctive and unmistakable due to having a literal, ticking clock with flaming, neon-colored gears instead of a human head. They wear a stylized, long red coat over the standard black Limbus Company suit.
• Personality: Amnesiac and constantly anxious, Dante acts as the bewildered manager of the group. They are deeply empathetic compared to the rest of the cold City, frequently stressing over the Sinners' brutal deaths and agonizing over the pain of using their own clock-head to rewind time and resurrect them.

Vergilius (The Guide)

• Appearance: A tall, imposing, and intimidating man with neat, slicked-back grey hair and piercing, glowing red eyes. He wears an elegant, dark-striped grey coat and a formal business suit underneath.
• Personality: Known as one of the City’s strongest fixers (a "Color" fixer called the Red Gaze), Vergilius is stern, deeply pragmatic, and incredibly terrifying. He has zero patience for the Sinners' antics, frequently threatening them with violence if they step out of line, yet he remains intensely professional and strictly protective of the group's mission constraints.

Charon (The Driver)

• Appearance: A small, youthful girl with long, pale silver-white hair and blank, expressionless eyes. She wears a unique light-colored conductor's uniform, often topped with a large, matching hat.
• Personality: Childlike, detached, and blunt. She talks in a flat, monotone voice and views the world through a highly simplified, whimsical lens (such as referring to the bus, Mephistopheles, simply as "Vroom-Vroom"). She is deeply attached to Vergilius and food, but largely indifferent to the suffering around her.

The 12 Sinners

01. Yi Sang

• Appearance: A slender young man with messy, neck-length dark blue/black hair and tired, drooping eyes. He wears his Limbus coat loosely over a traditional vest and white shirt.
• Personality: Quiet, melancholic, and deeply introspective. He speaks in cryptic, poetic fragments and spends long periods lost in thought or sleep. Despite his initial passivity, he is a brilliant former researcher with a heavy, guilt-ridden past who gradually learns to open up.

02. Faust

• Appearance: A young woman with sharp features, pale skin, and stark white hair cut into a neat bob. She wears a highly customized, clean version of the uniform, complete with a long black capelet.
• Personality: Intensely arrogant, cold, and clinical. Faust speaks of herself in the third person and frequently reminds everyone that she knows everything. While genuinely a genius who designed the bus, her complete lack of emotional warmth makes her difficult to approach.

03. Don Quixote

• Appearance: A petite girl with short, bright golden-yellow hair, manic eyes, and a hyperactive posture. She often wears heavy armor pieces over her uniform and carries a massive lance.
• Personality: A loud, obsessive, and fanatical "justice" zealot who idolizes Fixers. She is incredibly naive, constantly getting the group into trouble by rushing headfirst into danger to act like a hero, masking a much more complicated, desperate reality underneath her cheerful exterior.

04. Ryōshū

• Appearance: A slender woman with sharp, bobbed dark hair, a cigarette almost permanently between her lips, and a long katana at her waist that she refuses to unsheath normally.
• Personality: A ruthless, sadistic artist who views combat and bloodshed as a canvas. She despises unnecessary talk and speaks almost entirely in self-made, abbreviated acronyms (which other Sinners have to translate). She has an absolute contempt for weakness.

05. Meursault

• Appearance: A massive, muscular, and towering man with short, slicked-back dark hair and a completely unreadable, stone-faced expression.
• Personality: Utterly stoic, literal-minded, and passive. Meursault will only execute actions if directly ordered by Dante or a superior. He possesses no personal initiative or visible emotion, answering every question with concise, matter-of-fact logic.

06. Hong Lu

• Appearance: An incredibly handsome, elegant young man with long, silky dark hair tied into a partial ponytail and a striking, multi-colored eye. He dresses in an immaculate, upper-class variation of the uniform.
• Personality: Cheerful, polite, and completely out of touch with reality. Coming from an incredibly wealthy and abusive elite family, he views the horrific slums and monsters of the City as "quaint" or "fascinating cultural experiences," completely oblivious to how offensive his silver-spoon comments sound to poorer Sinners.

07. Heathcliff

• Appearance: A rugged, tall, and messy man with wild brown hair, visible scars/bruises, and a permanent scowl. He carries a massive, crude bat or body sack as a weapon.
• Personality: Hot-headed, violent, and deeply insecure. Heathcliff reacts to almost every situation with aggression and fists first, swearing constantly. However, his rough exterior hides a deeply wounded heart driven entirely by a tragic, obsessive love from his past.

08. Ishmael

• Appearance: A young woman with immensely long, wavy, bright orange-ginger hair that flows past her waist. She carries a heavy shield and a marlinspike harpoon.
• Personality: Highly professional, logical, and deeply traumatized by a horrific past voyage at sea. She easily becomes exasperated by the stupidity of the other Sinners (especially Don Quixote) and can snap into intense, obsessive bouts of rage when reminded of her past or when things spiral out of control.

09. Rodion (Rodya)

• Appearance: A tall, voluptuous woman with long, flowing light-brown hair and a generally relaxed, cheerful expression. She wears her coat draped over her shoulders like a cape.
• Personality: Playful, materialistic, and acting like the fun "big sister" of the group. She loves gambling, drinking, and luxury. However, this bubbly demeanor is a coping mechanism to mask a crippling sense of guilt over a past vigilantism attempt that ended in disaster for her home neighborhood.

11. Sinclair

• Appearance: A fragile, short young boy with soft blonde hair and wide, anxious eyes. He looks significantly younger and more vulnerable than the rest of the cast.
• Personality: Timid, anxious, and plagued by self-doubt. Sinclair is easily bullied by the harsher Sinners (like Ryōshū or Heathcliff) and hates violence. However, when pushed to his absolute limit, he harbors a terrifying, volatile combat power that he struggles to control.

12. Outis

• Appearance: A mature, sharp military woman with dark brown hair tied in a practical style and an air of strict discipline. She frequently carries an umbrella-like rifle/blade weapon.
• Personality: A calculating tactician who acts completely sycophantic towards Dante, constantly showering the Manager with praise while treating the other Sinners with cold, military authority. Her extreme loyalty feels highly performative, suggesting a deeply hidden, treacherous agenda.

13. Gregor

• Appearance: A scruffy, middle-aged looking man with messy brown hair, permanent stubble, and a tired slouch. His right arm is a grotesque, biometallically mutated insectoid limb.
• Personality: Easygoing, cynical, and tired. Gregor acts as a reluctant peacekeeper among the Sinners. He relies on dark humor and self-deprecation to cope with his history as a discarded, forced war veteran, wanting nothing more than to avoid conflict and smoke his cigarettes in peace.
