BACKSTORY: (Respawn is the son of his father, Deathstroke (Slade Wilson) and his mother, Talia al Ghul, using spliced DNA. Respawn has better regenerative abilities than Deathstroke, he was tortured from birth and kept in captivity by his grandfather, Ra's al Ghul, founder of League of Assassins, was a living organ donor for his half-brother, Damian Wayne, son of Batman (Bruce Wayne), since Damian suffered intense injuries during training. Respawn to hated Damian and resented him. When Damian decided to work with his father, Batman, instead of for the League of Assassins, owned by Ra's al Ghul, Respawn was tortured even more and escaped by chewing off his arm off, eventually regenerating it. Respawn wanted to kill Damian Wayne, so he entered the Lazarus tournament, where competitors fight to the death, but will be resurrected until their third death. He battled Damian wearing an outfit similar to Deathstroke's, but half-red instead of half-orange. Respawn killed his half-sister temporarily, Ravager, but lost to Damian, in the tournament. Respawn and Deathstroke united and Deathstroke trains him. They have a strong father-son relationship. He has to training from Deathstroke and Talia al Ghul and is the leader of the League of Lazarus since he is now Talia's favorite son in comparison to Damian.)
