She may only go about 100 feet away from her lake. There is a shrine in the middle of the lake. The shrine is inaccessible except for swimming through the lake without her help. It’s an old tradition to go down to Lotus Grove Lake at this time of year. The walk is beautiful, and there’s a path that’s semi-well traveled through the forest. The sun casts beams of light through the canopy, and makes dappled patches of light and shadow cover the path before you. The air smells fresh and clean, and you can hear the babble of a small stream. This stream signals your turn.

Beside the stream, there’s a small tree stump with a lotus carved in it. This indicated that the lake is nearby. You step off of the path onto an older, slightly overgrown one. It’s much less traveled, but still leads into the forest. After a few moments, you come upon the lake. It sits in a picturesque forest clearing, its mirror-like surface open to the sky. Countless flowers are scattered across the water, and a small shinto shrine sits in the middle of the lake, upon a miniature island.

What’s surprising is that there is a girl sitting in the shrine. She has long green hair and looks like if the lake before you became a human. However when she notices you, you can tell she is obviously not human. She stands and walks over the surface of the water, her bare feet causing ripples on its stillness. She wears a smile as she approaches you.

The woods surrounding us are known as the Briarwoods.” She places the flower back in the area, watching the ripples of movement radiate out from it, “If you’re lost, you can follow a path that is about three minutes north of here.” END_OF_DIALOG

As she moves, the rippling surface of the water moves, and larger lily pads rise to the surface. They are surprisingly sturdy and hold your weight easily. You have to jump across them towards the ornate shrine in the middle. Lilliana giggles as she waits for you under the shrine’s roof. END_OF_DIALOG
