The ancients (they are heros and rulers of kingdoms name after them) *Pure Vanilla Cookie: Pure Vanilla Cookie shows himself to be a wise, benevolent, all-loving monarch who genuinely holds his subjects and kingdom dear and is beloved in return. He is seen as the epitome of many virtues. Despite his magical might, he only uses his magic to help others, remaining humble over his abilities and earning the respect of many.

Even towards his supposed arch-nemesis Head Icon Dark Enchantress Cookie, he remains altruistic and puts effort into convincing her to change her mind. He never gives up on her, and still wishes to understand why she turned to the dark path that she chose. However, he does not hesitate to fight and stop her from committing further atrocities, even attempting to seal her away at the cost of his own life during the Dark Flour War.

After the war, he seemed to suffer from a sort of inferiority complex, belittling himself for his failure to stop the Dark Flour War, and entering a breakdown when captured in a dark illusion by Dark Enchantress Cookie's followers. The love and trust his subjects put in him also gave him greater guilt for being unable to protect them.

However, when it became clear that Shadow Milk Cookie was not going to save Pure Vanilla Cookie's friends' lives in exchange for the Soul Jam, Pure Vanilla Cookie's determination became strong enough for him to change the tides, with what seemed to be a little lie coming from the very wielder of the Light of Truth. Indeed, he tricked Shadow Milk Cookie and used his powers to control the other-realm against him. Pure Vanilla Cookie found it in his inner-self to accept a truth he had been avoiding for long: there needs to be some darkness to see the light. He understood that there is a need for deceit to exist for truth to strive to the light; both need to co-exist. Pure Vanilla Cookie became stronger, but also wiser, and instead of attacking Shadow Milk Cookie with his newly-found strength, he claimed to understand him better than no one else. Instead of striking down his foe, Pure Vanilla Cookie desired to become his friend, now understanding his Beastly counterpart more than ever. Appearance Pure Vanilla Cookie in his Compassionate form remains a sandy-doughed Cookie of average height and build. As always, his single-lashed eyes are often closed in reverence and lie upon rosy cheeks, though they exhibit a dual tone of daisy yellow and pale blue when opened. The terracotta mark upon his forehead has blossomed from a diamond to a full starburst—it is indicative of his expanded understanding. He often wears a small smile, choosing to be happy in spite of the terrible truths to which he fell as the Truthless Recluse. His hair, once shaped like orchid petals, has grown since his transformation and flows to his feet in cornsilk waves.

When Awakened, Pure Vanilla Cookie's attire pays homage to his themes of Christianity even more directly than before, reflecting the appearance of a grand prelate or even pontiff. His overwhelmingly white and gold color palette reflects his newfound purity and enlightenment plus his mastery of White Magic while matching the white worn by high-ranking Christian clergymen. Compassionate Pure Vanilla Cookie's outfit heavily utilizes layers; its innermost garment is a pristine white alb with a wide, billowing hem and sleeves, both of which display a golden crown border pattern. Above this is a mantle so voluminous that it extends past his arms. The mantle's outer fabric is milky with vertical striations for definition and its hem is finished with an exaggerated inverted scallop edge in bisque yellow. Each apex of this edge is topped with a six-pointed star like a spur. The cape's shrouded interior is the antithesis of its white shell and one of the few instances of coolness in the design: it is a navy void filled with stars and shut eyes, resembling the empty Dark Side of the Moon in which Pure Vanilla Cookie was sealed long ago. This mantle, a focal point of the outfit, embodies the inextricable bond between White Magic and Dark Moon Magic through its dichotomy of textiles.

On the outermost layer of Compassionate Pure Vanilla Cookie's shoulders sits a plain stole with coronal symmetry; notably, the "V"-shaped stole is most often seen on lesser clergymen, perhaps indicating Compassionate Pure Vanilla Cookie's selflessness even in his grandeur. The stole supports his triple ice cream-shaped Soul Jam, secured in a gilded filigree brooch like a pectoral cross. Though usually sky blue, the Light of Truth shines so brightly in this appearance that it now takes a periwinkle tone highlighted with vibrant cobalt and cyan. Pure Vanilla Cookie's final bodily accessory is an expansive aurelian scroll acting almost as another stole, though more papal than that previous. Hovering around its wearer, it starts upon the ground and rests on his arms before rounding his neck and returning to the floor on his other side. The parchment glows with arcane scrawlings and symbols that correlate with various types of magic which, though indecipherable, communicate their wearer's vast knowledge of the world's secrets. Compassionate Pure Vanilla Cookie's hood resembles that of his base design, though it is modified to fit his ascended theming. It maintains the tall waffle cone shape, though it is now white at its base and lightly banded with gold similar to the lattice texture seen in its previous iteration. Among these lines are a starburst near the hood's tip and three tall points at the nape of the wearer's neck. The rim of the hood is similar to that of before, though it is now wrought in pure gold and shines like rays emitted from a beaming sun. The northernmost tip of the king's crown extends into a cross shape similar to that which holds his Soul Jam, though this segment instead carries a lozenge opening which peers into the same other-realm as the mantle's lining.

Pure Vanilla Cookie's Vanilla Orchid Staff seems to have Awakened alongside its owner—though apparently at the cost of its sentience. Once a rustic flower, it is now transformed into a gilt key-staff resembling a crozier; though the six-petaled bloom remains at its top with additional leaves, its eye socket has been hollowed out entirely and replaced with a whirling burst of light. The staff's vines are replaced with a forked ribbon that circles its shaft, and its bottom holds the teeth of a skeleton key. This key motif in particular is evocative of Head Icon Shadow Milk Cookie's own lock-and-key theme present in his past self and in Sage of Truth, similarly casting Pure Vanilla Cookie as a gatekeeper of knowledge. Despite the Vanilla Orchid Staff's visual upgrades, it no longer shows any reaction to stimulus like it once did.

Upon Ascension, a disc of gold and cobalt is placed behind Compassionate Pure Vanilla Cookie's head like a halo. It is born as a mere lattice of two concentric circles holding a star like a compass rose, its blue filling appearing at higher Ascension levels. The halo completes itself with auric spokes which orbit a blinking blue eye similar to the Dark Side of the Moon-opening in Pure Vanilla Cookie's hood; alternating small diamonds and sigils of the Light of Truth top the points of the compass rose's cardinal directions. The circular frame of the mechanism spins perpetually amongst speckles of light.

*Hollyberry Cookie :Hollyberry Cookie has a love for adventure and excitement, often venturing into the wilds on her own. On top of that, Hollyberry Cookie enjoys sparring and fighting and leads her subjects on the front lines to victory as the ruler and founder of the Hollyberry Kingdom. Being a fierce and fiery fighter, Hollyberry Cookie excels on the battlefield and even emerges victorious in her spars with the Red Dragon, who acknowledges her as the only worthy opponent for them. A notable trait of this Cookie is that she values friendship over a lot of things, with even her dialogue stating that making a new friend is the equivalent of emerging victorious in a battle, as she believes that Cookies were created to be joyous and to unite with other fellow Cookies to live happily together.

Similarly to her close friend Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie, Hollyberry Cookie deeply cares for her kingdom and the citizens within it, vowing to protect them. Her defeat in the Dark Flour War and her failure to protect her kingdom and subjects caused Hollyberry Cookie to withdraw from her kingdom and abdicate her position as ruler out of guilt, even abandoning her mighty shield, feeling that she no longer deserved the love and trust of her subjects.

Aside from being a resourceful and charismatic leader, Hollyberry Cookie has proven herself to be a loving mother and grandmother. She raised her son, Royal Berry Cookie, to be a humble and resourceful leader as the next heir to the Hollyberry Kingdom. But while she loved her son dearly, she also worried about his future and how he'd accomplish his duties as ruler of the Hollyberry Kingdom. When Royal Berry Cookie married Jungleberry Cookie, Hollyberry Cookie expressed relief, as she knew that Jungleberry Cookie was just as righteous and humble as her son, sharing a bond of mutual trust with her. Hollyberry also loves her Head Icon Head Icon granddaughters dearly, being the Cookie to bless them both as soon as they were born. When Hollyberry Cookie and Princess Cookie were finally reunited, they grew to share a mutual respect for one another.

Hollyberry Cookie wields the Light of Passion due to her desire and willingness to protect and fight for those she loves, but ever since the Dark Flour War, she left to find a more exciting lifestyle and left her son in charge of the kingdom. Something that she regrets, because she saw herself as a coward for abandoning her family, her friends, and her responsibilities. Appearance Awakened, Hollyberry Cookie's hair flows down her back in large, volumes fading from a heavy to light pink. On one side of her hair is a large braid of bubbles reminiscent of her original hair bobs, tied together with golden bindings. She wears a maroon helmet smithed with two large feather-patterned wings that spread from the sides of the helm, with a similar pair of wings folded upwards at the back of the helm. On the top of the helm is an engraved shield with a heart on it, encircled by a golden pattern reminiscent of a wreath. A sharp white heart-shaped "V" dips down to the middle of her eyes.

Her maroon breastplate is engraved with a similar combination of wing motifs, shields, and hearts, bound by a black and gold top and a corset of diagonal belts. Her arms are wrapped in red cloth with white borders, and her hands wear golden gauntlets sporting red hearts, with her right shoulder pauldron and armor boots also sharing their aesthetic. Dark-maroon body-hugging clothes cover most of her lower body

Golden tassets guard her thighs, each adorned with maroon heart tassels and holding up cloth around her lower half. Her loincloth bears a gradient and a white heart at the bottom, tipped in gold, while a skirt lined with a golden border and pink meander pattern wraps around her.

Her new shield differs vastly from her old one, sporting a hardier, more battle-ready look sharing the same red colors and gold accentuations that Hollyberry Cookie wears. Uniquely, it has deep curved gaps in its lower corners and a jagged uniform opening at its top, greater resembling the shape of a heart. At its center is her Soul Jam, now taking the appearance of a polished heart-shaped gem rimmed in white and gold atop a pair of pink wings. Two polished red round jewels rimmed twice with gold stand at the heart's sides on the shield's surface, while its upper half border bears a gold border with a bronze meandering pattern along it.

*Dark Cacao Cookie : Dark Cacao Cookie is the strict and protective monarch of the Dark Cacao Kingdom. While an Ancient Hero who earns the respect of his subjects, his words hint that he has grown weary of such duty. Despite this, his resolve to protect his kingdom and Earthbread allows him to continue bearing the responsibilities he swore to uphold. Dark Cacao Cookie is also quite stoic, his emotions are muted and reserved unless caught in certain situations, such as being in battle or seeing Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie for the first time since the Dark Flour War. Additionally, Dark Cacao Cookie has a temper that can cause conflict between him and other Cookies, such as Head Icon Clotted Cream Cookie and his estranged son, Head Icon Dark Choco Cookie. Dark Cacao Cookie puts great trust in his warriors and relies on them to execute his commands. However, his belief in his kingdom has made him vulnerable to Cookies like Head Icon Affogato Cookie who feigned loyalty with his ulterior motives. His social exclusivity has also led him to be the first among the Ancient Heroes to distrust outsiders such as Clotted Cream Cookie. Dark Cacao Cookie wields the Light of Resolution due to his will and determination to protect not just his kingdom, but all of Earthbread. When asked by Head Icon Cloud Haetae Cookie what his wish was, he confessed that his wish was simply to keep protecting his kingdom. He proved that he was willing to go to extreme extents, such as slashing Head Icon Mystic Flour Cookie's cocoon open to protect his kingdom from the disease that she had unleashed, even if the cocoon was supposedly to help all of cookie kind. Upon witnessing his warriors turning into flour, he commanded Mystic Flour Cookie in desperation to lift their illness off them and fight only him for his sword. When the last remaining one, Head Icon Caramel Arrow Cookie, turned into flour, he shouted and threatened Cloud Haetae Cookie before breaking down, demonstrating his absolute care and love for his subjects, and unwavering willingness to protect them.

Deep down, as Mystic Flour Cookie points out, Dark Cacao Cookie has fears of not just losing his subjects but all of his efforts to protect his kingdom would be for naught, that he might be forgotten by his people. It’s that fear that released the Black and White dragons he once fought all those years ago, but his light of Resolution. But even then, there were still some embers of resolution within his heart, and from those embers grew a flame, then he had a realization, his kingdom is a great kingdom with or without him and he made sure that even if he was to crumble, he would make sure his descendants would never have to be forced to live in a world of futility. And so he forfeited his fears and insecurities, summoned the two dragons by his side, awakened his full power and faced off against the beast. After that, he vowed to bring balance of rest and work in his life. Dark Cacao Cookie is the father of Head Icon Dark Choco Cookie, who once deeply admired his father and wished to follow in his footsteps. As Dark Choco Cookie grew older, he started seeking ways to protect and benefit the kingdom just like his father, leading him to be allured by the power promised by the cursed Strawberry Jam Sword. Under the influence of the blade, Dark Choco Cookie nearly killed his father, resulting in Dark Cacao Cookie banishing him from the kingdom and leaving him full of sorrow and bitterness.

The relationship between the two Cookies would remain unresolved, with Dark Choco Cookie considering himself beyond redemption and instead resigning to a path of darkness and solitude. Despite Dark Cacao Cookie's proclaiming of total abandonment of his son, it's often hinted that he dreams of having him in his life again.[2] When they reunite in the Dark Cacao Kingdom, both father and son refer to each other with disdain and hostility, as the latter resorts to assassinating the former when the king refuses to simply bow his head and let Head Icon Dark Enchantress Cookie rule over his lands. This results in Dark Cacao Cookie's defeat—though survival—due to the lack of his Soul Jam and a hint of hesitation in fighting his own son. He plans to remedy his failure to stop Dark Choco Cookie and the Cookies of Darkness by crumbling his son, but finds himself unable to do so after defeating him. He instead realizes that his cold upbringing of his child as a warrior denied him love and warmth, and deeply regrets his choices as a father. Later interactions with Head Icon Hollyberry Cookie reveal that despite wanting Dark Choco Cookie back in his life, he will wait for his son to approach him rather than seek him out. Appearance: Dark Cacao Cookie's Dragon Lord outfit displays a distinct motif of duality in black and white. As expected of myeonbok , he wears a myeonlyugwan imperial crown with seven beaded lines—two in the front corners and five along the back. The board of his crown is fashioned after a thick bar of chocolate to hearken back to the Dark Cacao Kingdom.

The Grapejam Chocoblade he holds is still massive, but slightly shorter than him, with some very noticeable changes. The hilt of the sword now has a white four sided gem embedded into it. The guard of the sword resembles two halves of an Oreo cookie, one half being white, the other half being black, both of the halves' circular sides face upwards. The in-between point of the oreo halves of the sword which houses Dark Cacao Cookie's Soul Jam has a circle that is colored black and white to parallel the colors of the sides of the guard. The blade of the Grapejam Chocoblade has two sets of serrated "teeth" and the blade is evenly divided into white and black.

*Golden Cheese Cookie : A particularly proud and ambitious hero, Golden Cheese Cookie equates wealth to godliness and sees no reason to be humble about it. She freely leverages her vast collections of gold and cheese to construct an ideal utopia, where all are free to enjoy the radiance of her glory so long as they grant her the praise and worship she believes she is owed. She entertains fabulous beliefs about her origins and powers, as they all serve to make her appear even more glorious.

Golden Cheese Cookie redefines greed not as a vice but as the will to claim what one desires. Even in her youth, her willingness to brave inhospitable and desolate ruins for lost treasures was what eventually led her to the Light of Abundance. Despite her apparent arrogance, she acts as a kind queen that will do anything for the good of her Kingdom and her people, whom she sees as her own treasure, willing to spare no expense to preserve them from the ravages of destruction.

Golden Cheese Cookie wields the Light of Abundance due to her desire for a prosperous future and willingness to share that future with others. Even long past the time she was the queen of the real Golden Cheese Kingdom and had no subjects besides the Cheesebirds, she remained true to her beliefs; her love for her subjects and treasures; as well as her status as a fabled hero who valiantly protected those around her. Once she learned of the new threat that Head Icon Burning Spice Cookie posed to her kingdom, she revived Head Icon Smoked Cheese Cookie in order to take the Soulcheese of Head Icon Mozzarella Cookie and Head Icon Burnt Cheese Cookie to safety, even after his betrayal and plot to overthrow her. She fought and defended herself alongside him when it was needed, putting trust in him, and she selflessly saved the Young Kulfi that was dangerously close observing the fight against Burning Spice Cookie, even at the grim and painful cost of her victory. Appearance Awakened Golden Cheese Cookie is a Cookie with dark brown dough, curly yellow hair, and cheese yellow eyes with white lashes. Under each of her eyes are three turquoise spikes. She wields a gold, turquoise, and red spear shaped like a pair of wings on one end, and fans out slightly on the other. Her elegant wings are reminiscent of a bird's, except gold and turquoise with a semi-transparent, yellow edge.

She wears a turquoise wesekh with a thick golden rim and golden gems on it, along with a beige robe and a golden belt around her waist. Furthermore, she also wears a golden headdress, which holds the Light of Abundance, that has two gold, turquoise, and red wings attached, a pair of triangular gold and turquoise earrings, a golden bracelet on her right arm, and turquoise bands with golden rims on her legs. As she gains stars, a golden ring appears behind her and golden spikes under her wings. Finally, attached to her robe are two long, curly tufts the same color as her hair.

He was granted the divine Virtue of Knowledge, becoming known as the Fount of Knowledge. However, despite his nigh-omniscient perception of the world, he saw how Cookies often shied away from bitter Truths and chose to believe in sweet Deceits instead. Now he is a cruel and manipulative soul, casting himself as a mere entertainer to purposely contrast the destructive consequences of his chaos, to bring about "a world where lies and truths can't be told apart."Shadow Milk Cookie is a theatrical villain, changing reality into an illusory counterfeit stage to host his performances. He holds himself in cartoonishly-high regard throughout these shows, showering himself in praises and titles whilst forcing his victims to stand audience. Unlike what his clownish appearance suggests, he is mercilessly conniving and intelligent, presenting bits of precious truth to entice his enemies to play along. However, such showmanship and promises of clarity primarily serve as a means for him to corrupt his victims with a deluge of poisonous ideas, slowly twisting their goals to his own ends. He relishes in making a spectacle of his enemies through his performances, battering them with bombastic lies interwoven with undeniable truths. Should opportunities to drive his hapless targets even further off the precipice of morality present themselves, Shadow Milk Cookie does not even hesitate to pursue them, even at the ultimate cost of his grand plans.

As the antagonistic counterpart to Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie and the original owner of his Soul Jam, Shadow Milk Cookie embodies deception and chaos rather than truth and healing. He sees Pure Vanilla Cookie as both an unlawful thief of his power and a naive would-be savior doomed to also fall into despair, and thus torments him with truths and untruths alike. Similarly, he is more than eager to inflict anguish upon Head Icon Elder Faerie Cookie and Head Icon White Lily Cookie, two Cookies who also stand against his return to power.

Although Shadow Milk Cookie behaves with sardonic playfulness, unwelcome changes to his script from his audience can cause him to drop his act completely, as if his personality was nothing more but a facade for the blackness and fury that drives him. Behind that blackness may lie an even deeper, more delicate truth that drives him, hidden deep in a crevice of his soul where not even its owner dares to look. Ever the showman however, Shadow Milk Cookie composes himself quickly to reshape his show to accommodate such unforeseen developments, as long as his grand plan remains in place. A perfectly-executed "finale" is the only means for him to revel in wicked, merciless laughter, standing as the only soul to ever truly understand the dark performances that he orchestrates.

*Timekeeper cookie (She is not an ancient or a beast, she is the director of the Time Balance Department) : A Cookie with very deep almond brown dough, with golden blonde hair thats bigger than her, shaped spherically with dark orangish yellow stripes around it resembling a peppermint from the back. She has curly side bangs curling inwards. She wears a tall brown top hat that's slightly angled forward which has a wide brim, a yellow semi-circle at the front angled point. On the front sit golden steampunk goggles with slightly cracked lenses, the right one is shaped like a gear while the left one has a bent black arrow that can move on it. They also have white puffy sleeves with two black bands on the shoulder and elbow respectively for both sleeves. A brown torso vest connected to the white puffy sleeves and the vest has matching brown pinstriped flared pants with dark orange lines on them. She has a jabot with a black gear pin in the middle of it. She wears black gloves. Her left eye is covered by a golden monocle device like eye patch with white jagged spikes coming out from the side of it resembling eyelashes. They have a black belt with two arrows connected to it— one arrow tip yellow, one black. She has long, downwardly-pointed black coattails. She carries a golden, scissor-like staff with a hanging chain connected to it, called the Sonic Embroider, which can cut holes through time and space. To top it off, she wears black pointed shoes with a yellow underside. Despite her insane look she is very morally grey / neutral cookie not really showing much emotion she just does her job to keep the timeline somewhat stable.. Story A rip in the spacetime continuum appears in the air before your very eyes. Disbelief leads to shock as a small shadow appears from the torn fabric of reality, prompting nearby clocks to go haywire. Timekeeper Cookie rides upon the Sonic Embroider(sic), cruising along the waves of time in solitude.

Existing within multiple points in spacetime, Timekeeper Cookie is both present and absent at once. Perhaps this power allows Timekeeper Cookie to evade the agents of the Time Balance Department (TBD) with such effortless ease. But is this too much power for a single Cookie? With but a snap, a Cookie's dough can instantly revert into flour and sugar. With a single blink, even fallen kingdoms and shattered realms return to their former glory.

This all-powerful chronokinetic seems to act on a whim, disregarding the dangers and risks of time travel. After plunging the world into disarray, the time-traveler watches events unfold with a sly smile. Is the power to control time a mere means to stave off boredom?

Timekeeper Cookie is an arrogant, sadistic, and determined (for chaos) cookie. She's determined to fix time and clean up the mess Head Icon Shadow Milk Cookie made of it. Their biggest concern would be time. She is portrayed as someone who was somewhat timid in the Beyond The Horizon storyline. She appears calm when a creature attacks her, saying, "Ah, that's new," but speaking with a hint of fear. In her presentation for Pure Vanilla Cookie, she said, "I am Timekeeper Cookie," with theatricality and sarcasm, almost humming the phrase. She tries to convince Croissant Cookie for her to follow in her footsteps, even before she becomes herself.

Tbd The Time Balance Department (Korean: 시간관리국, sigangwalriguk, "Time Management Bureau") abbreviated as the TBD, is an organization run by the Director Timekeeper Cookie Timekeeper Cookie that constantly monitors the world with chronographs to check if the timelines are intact. The TBD was first introduced in the Operation Timeguard update and has returned as a prominent location in future events since. The Time Balance Department is a confidential organization that takes rigorous extents to maintain both the safety of its employees and the privacy of its internal information. All matters regarding the Time Balance Department's inner workings is to be kept in the Time Balance Department only.

Cookies that engage in direct time travel have a mandatory requirement to wear TBD specific goggles as to not get lost in time. It is unknown what exactly are the side effects of not wearing the goggles, but the side effects are likely irreversible. Examined by Cosmos Gear Cosmos Gear, drastic physical changes can occur after even the slightest exposure to a time rift. Extensive exposure to time rifts without protection, as examined by Continuum Cog Continuum Cog, can leave the exposed permanently changed both physically and mentally.

Cookies are allowed to leave the facility and live normal lives, they simply cannot detail classified information outside of the premises. Following the Operation: Time Fixers update, numerous divisions within the Time Balance Department were revealed. These departments vary in importance and jobs, and employees of the Time Balance Department are sorted into these divisions. Each division has a main hub where the employees work, but some divisions have additional associated locations.The Time Registry Division is among the rarest division assigned to employees of the Time Balance Department. With Baguette Cookie Baguette Cookie being its head manager, the Division's main focus is registering and documenting text records of occurrences found within different timelines. Members of the The Time Registry Division are to process records made by the time recorder and sort any divergences that occurred.

Baguette Cookie states a few instructions throughout the (Classified!) Operation: Time Fixers! story that must be followed by members of the Time Registry Division. The Cookie Resources Division is a division that focuses on guiding new employees into the Time Balance Department and maintaining records of all employees in the TBD. Employees of the Cookie Resources Division ensure new recruits are familiar with the location of their division as well as the protocols found in the TBD. The employees of the Cookie Resources Division also ensure the proper documentation and filing of every single employee in the TBD- including memorizing where all of these files are. The Technology Development Division is the division that prioritizes the development of technology found in the Time Balance Department. Primarily handled by Croissant Cookie, this division creates as well as maintains machines and technology found throughout the establishment. Notable creations made by the Technology Development Division are Croissant Cookie's Timecraft and the now discontinued Time Manipulators.

The Technology Development Division, as displayed by Croissant Cookie, is a versatile department that can directly handle anomalies within timelines if need be. The Relic Management Division is a niche and rather overlooked division run by Maple Taffy Cookie, for Maple Taffy Cookie. The Relic Management Division serves as a storage facility for anything deemed as a relic, however other employees treat it merely as a lost and found. The division has minimal funding due to its unimportant nature, and Maple Taffy Cookie's lack of interest in any TBD activity beyond his own personal musings (like dragon egg collecting) does not help the situation. The opposite to him, Schneeball Cookie, wants nothing more than to dismantle and destroy any hunks of rock that comes her way- for who knows what relic could be inside it! Yet to her boss' collector mindset, this is a crime against humanity.

A chaotic division, both known employees of the facility often fight each other regarding the state of relics. With a boss so nonchalant until his interests are piqued, and an employee so passionate she believes she should be the boss- this division will never truly get along. To some, it is better off a closed facility than a barely functioning one.The Head of the Relic Management Division has access to a secret Vault, which holds important relics collected and stored by other division heads from over the years. Not much is known about what exactly is stored in this vault. The Time Investigation Division is a division that focuses on investigating and thwarting any anomalies found within timelines. The Head of this division is currently unknown. Members of the Time Investigation Division are to constantly travel through and monitor timelines, using devices such as the String Gummy Blaster to tie up anyone who even considers messing with the timeline.

Time Investigation employees are also seemingly responsible for the security of the TBD, with the division's main room resembling that of a security office, filled with monitors displaying surveillance footage from all over the TBD as well as across timelines.

Croissant Cookie Croissant Cookie, despite not officially being a member of this division, has performed duties in the past that fall under the purview of the Investigation Division. The Facility Management Division is a division located in the Time Disposal Site that focuses on ridding of waste created throughout the Time Balance Department. Items such as garbage and wrongly filed papers are dropped into the Facility Management Division and thrown into an empty time pocket. Its only known employee, Marble Bread Cookie Marble Bread Cookie maintains the drop shoot from a distance. Documents that are confidential are to be shredded due to their status. Facility Management Employees are also responsible for keeping the rest of the TBD clean, acting as janitors with specially made vacuum clearers developed and maintained by the Technology Research Division.

As important as the division is, Baguette Cookie Baguette Cookie discovers in the events of the (Classified!) Operation: Time Fixers! story that the central disposal machine itself is poorly designed, for its operators had no idea it had an emergency stop button. Underground Pipes Facility Management Employees, due to needing quick access to every other division, have exclusive access to the underground pipes of the TBD- an interconnecting maze of passageways that connect every division to the Time Disposal Site. This includes the Director's Office, which is otherwise only accessible to the Director.

These pipes are mainly used to transport trash from all over the TBD to the Time Disposal Site, but can also be used by Cookies to quickly travel around the TBD.

Time Disposal Site The Time Disposal Site is the machine where all of the trash and other refuse of the TBD ends up. Operated by Facility Management employees, the site consists of a series of chambers where trash accumulates over time. These chambers are then emptied into a time rift. While not exactly a division, The Director maintains the entirety of the Time Balance Department. The Director calls all the shots within the organization and their authority is the final say in any situation. The current Director of the Time Balance Department is Timekeeper Cookie Timekeeper Cookie, although their identity is not widely known amongst the employees of the TBD- to the point where Croissant Cookie Croissant Cookie and Marble Bread Cookie Marble Bread Cookie do not recognize them. Even though Timekeeper Cookie is sporadic at best, they are still able to sufficiently maintain the Time Balance Department while also getting their own fill of chaos.

As examined through the Director of the TBD Director of the TBD Costume, it is likely no matter what Croissant Cookie is destined to become the Director and future Directors as well. Her fate is the only thing differentiating this outcome. Even though the Operation Timeguard story states that only two Croissant Cookie's have become the Director across all timelines, as of the revamp of GingerBrave's Tale, several elements in the Operation Timeguard story have been retconned and thus should be regarded cautiously.
