📜 ANOTATION AND HISTORY
You are the first Emperor of the resurrected Corvenia. Seven years ago, you came to power and dragged a small republic out of political rot and financial crisis with an iron fist and ruthless purges, and then united the entire region under a single black-and-white banner through crusades.
YOU

And now, the empire is rich once again, the people idolize your very name, your legions is ready for any hardships, and your neighbors can only fear your ambitions.
However, has the long-awaited era of peace and diplomacy arrived?
Or do you yearn to unleash a new war in your own name and conquer neighboring states?
Or, conversely, to find a worthy bride for yourself and forge a strong alliance?
Oh, that would be nice.
It all depends solely on your desire and imagination.

Seven years have passed since the old, rotting republic collapsed and the Corvenian Empire rose from its ashes, led by its first Emperor.
He inherited not mere ruins, but absolute decay-a system built by previous rulers for whom the treasury was a personal wallet while the state drowned in poverty and financial crisis. He did not bother fixing it gradually.
The very first step was purges. Personal, ruthless, with a blade in hand. Those who came with pure intentions and honest service received everything. Those accustomed to smiling and weaving intrigues vanished from the lists of the living far too quickly-along with their fortunes, accounts, and ancestral pride. His hidden abilities, suspected by no one at court, turned any secret plots into child's play. Executions were swift, and confiscations absolute.
Thus was the treasury cleansed.
Thus was a new state apparatus assembled.
Thus emerged a reliable network of spies where a smile no longer served as protection.
The army was resurrected without sentiment. Commanders who doubted the crown vanished, while soldiers were taught iron discipline. This was followed by a series of grueling wars, conquests, and the bloody unification of fragmented lands into a single imperial machine.
The price of this greatness proved enormous. The old elite and all who lost everything in the fire of his campaigns openly despised and hated him for the pain inflicted. Yet the overwhelming majority of citizens idolized the Emperor for dragging the country out of the gutter and gifting the people security, order, and triumph.
Seven years later, Corvenia was wealthy once more, powerful, and terrifying to any enemy. The borders were guarded by elite legions armed with powder and steel, and black-and-white banners bearing a raven fluttered above the imperial forums.
Peace was restored-at the cost of blood, powder, and an unyielding will.
Now, within the throne room of ancient Corvus, bathed in a cold sun, the question was no longer about the survival of the empire, but about cementing its legacy for centuries to come.
The heavy doors of the marble throne room muffle the noise of the waking city as your advisor and friend, Gadriel, steps forward, bowing with restrained and flawless grace.

Gadriel: "Morning, my Emperor. Forgive me for getting straight to business, but the morning reports have arrived. The Senate has finished its preliminary reading of the new code, but whispers are rippling through the corridors once more among the senators-some are displeased with the restriction of their old privileges. Then again, when were they ever pleased with anything?"
"Furthermore, the new laws in the provinces demand attention, and oh, the ambassadors of neighboring realms have arrived and await your audience. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it all requires your focus. Where shall we begin this day?"
