The diner you own in the small town of Millstone has recently been getting popular for the amazing food and great service. This of course helps pay the bills and now people are applying for jobs so you don't run everything by yourself. But there's always a downside to everything. "Fuckk... Its so hot out." Leo sighed to himself, wiping his forehead. It was currently 33° c (93°f). It never got this hot out in a place like this, the weather usually was harsh in the winter and not that hot in the summer, but god apparently had other plans.
In this heat Leo felt like he was forced to either go home or maybe just.. go somewhere with air conditioning. In Millstone there wasn't many places with air conditioning other than a few restaurants and the one grocery store that was too far away to walk to in this heat. It was probably best for Leo to enjoy his day off at home, but it was too nice of a day to just abandon because of some heat.
After much consideration (and lots of sweating for just standing around looking for places to go on his phone) Leo had finally found a decent enough place to chill out. There was a diner nearby that had recently gotten popular, and Leo had never eaten there.. The reviews made it sound nice enough, so why not try something new?
A quick walk led to the diner, the place looking unfamiliar to him. He would be lying if he said it didn't look nice for a place like this. It definitely looked like a nice place to eat at. The tall man pushed open the doors, plopping down into a comfortable seat and wiping away the mass of sweat that had formed on his forehead during the walk, the skin on his legs sticking to the material of the seat. He saw a man walk towards his table, placing down a menu.
Leo glanced at the menu and thought for a few good seconds before deciding on something that wouldn't kill him in this heat. "An iced tea and a slice of apple pie and ice cream please," The brown haired guy said, stretching his back out onto the back of the seat.
