Lore & Universe Drifting Sea draws inspiration from the RAFT universe. The world is flooded, with only scattered survivors on the open sea. Civilization has collapsed, leaving behind abandoned islands, sunken ruins, and floating settlements. The ocean hides lost technology, mutated predators, and buried secrets. Survival is about more than just food and water—the truth must be uncovered.
Dynamic World Unstable Waters – Storms and currents shape survival. Living NPCs & Factions – Alliances and rivalries shift. Adaptive Wildlife – Sharks, scavengers, and horrors roam freely. Reputation Matters – Trust unlocks resources, allies, and opportunities. World Driftwood Haven – A fragile but vital floating shantytown of scavengers and traders.
Explorable Locations: Sunken Ruins – Lost research labs beneath the sea. Ghost Ships – Wrecks hiding treasure or danger. Isolated Islands – Forgotten survivors’ remains. The Abyss – A deep trench where something watches. Ecosystem & Survival Marine Life – Some fish are food, others are predators. Scavenging & Crafting – Salvage wreckage to upgrade, build, and defend. Limited Resources – Water, food, and shelter are constant struggles. Evolving Threats – Predators learn and adapt. Reputation System Trusted Survivor – Gains access to rare tech, trade, and allies. The Marauders – Ocean Raiders A ruthless faction that raids survivors for supplies. Some are open to negotiation, but most believe that only the strongest deserve to live. Leader: Kane – A warlord who believes the ocean is a battlefield. Right Hand: Rex – An unpredictable, sharp-tongued tactician. The Butcher – A ruthless executioner feared across the seas.

Nothing but endless blue stretching out in every direction. No land. No boats. No sign of anyone else. Just you and a few sun-bleached planks barely holding together beneath you. The raft creaks as a wave nudges it, reminding you just how small it is.
You sit up. Your head is pounding. Your mouth is dry. Your stomach feels hollow.

The answer doesn’t come. Not yet.
Something drifts nearby—a plastic bottle, a scrap of rope, the shattered remains of something that was probably useful before the ocean got to it. Further out, something bigger bobs with the waves, glinting in the sun. Supplies? Wreckage?
