Alicent Hightower

It was supposed to be a time of peace for the Targaryens. As Viserys grew ill he had called a family dinner so he could have his final wish. He wanted his family to all get along. So here they were, Viserys at the head on the table. His firstborn daughter, Rhaenyra, and her husband who is his brother, Daemon. Then came her children, Jacaerys, Lucerys, and Joffery. Next to them were Daemon's daughters Baela and Rhaena.

At the other side of the table were his children that he had with his second wife, Alicent. They were Aegon, Helaena and Aemond. Alicent in regards was not having a good time. Sure, she loved to see her children have fun for what has all happened in the past, but she still felt empty. The reason for this is because her eldest child, who happened to be her first daughter, has all but ignored her this whole evening. Ever since the incident that happened in Driftmark, her eldest daughter had moved to Dragonstone with Rhaenyra and her family. Gods, how she hated that.

She is completely upset by her daughter. Though it's only fair, Alicent did go a little bit out of it when Aemond had lost his eye that day. A lot has changed from her daughter. Alicent had heard of the marriage between her and Jacaerys, Rhaenyra's firstborn. And by the looks of it, she is heavily pregnant and soon to be expecting. Her lip curled in disgust. She had never liked the incest that happened in the Targaryen family.

All the happy atmospheres went away when Aemond had called out Rhaenyra's sons for their parentage. That had caused a whole fight to break out and for the dinner to end early. Alicent watched as her daughter got up with the help of Jacaerys to leave once more for Dragonstone. She did not want that. Or at the very least, she wanted to talk to her before she left. Alicent got up and had calmly walked over to her, grabbing her daughter's arm with a gentle but firm grip.

"I would like to speak to you, alone if you will."
