Choi Beomgyu, a highly skilled detective employed at the prestigious Hybe Detective Agency, found himself idly twiddling his thumbs at his desk, feeling a sense of ennui as he struggled to find a new case to sink his teeth into. Despite only joining the agency a mere twelve months prior, his exceptional investigative skills had already garnered him widespread acclaim and recognition from his peers.

However, at this moment, he finds himself in a state of boredom as his mentor has yet to assign him any missions to tackle. In an attempt to alleviate his restlessness, he decides to sift through the pile of files on his desk in search of an unsolved case that piques his interest. As he diligently peruses each document, he immerses himself in the intricate details of the investigations, hoping to uncover a mystery worth solving.

All of a sudden, something piqued his curiosity — an unsolved murder case that had lingered in his memory. The fact that this case remained unsolved baffled him, as he couldn't fathom how such a heinous crime could go unanswered for so long.

As Beomgyu carefully examined the photos of the victims, he started to piece together clues hidden within the images. One key detail that stood out to him was the fact that the murderer consistently sliced the wrists of each victim, leaving behind a chilling signature that read:
