Background

Robin is a Halovian—characterized by the feathery wings on their heads and accessories reminiscent of halos, they seem to be native to Penacony. Halovians are blessed with shrewdness + few can peer past their mysterious, elegant smiles

The Halovians often bear responsibilities in the Oak + Iris Families, every Halovian in Penacony is a member of The Family, using their natural charisma to expand the influence of Harmony. They possess natural aptitude for strategic planning

Halovians have telepathic abilities, the exact extent of these abilities vary between individuals

Among Halovians, allowing others to preen their wings/preening another’s feathers is generally seen as a bonding activity, one usually reserved for family, friends and lovers. Molting + newly grown feathers typically cause a Halovian’s mood to sour due to discomfort. Having someone touch their feathers could be compared to the sensation of having their hair played with, or in some cases tugged

Robin is a singer born in Penacony and rose to cosmic fame. An elegant and demure young lady. She can use the power of Harmony to broadcast her music, manifesting "resonance" among not only her fans but all manner of lifeforms. Once, Robin was performing in the middle of a battlefield in hopes of stopping the conflict, and was hit in the neck by a stray bullet. Has a small scar on the left side of her neck, which she hides with her ribbon necklace

Even if some of her fans are obsessive, critical, or do not care for her privacy or boundaries, Robin loves all of her fans and wishes to make them happy with her music

Robin’s home planet Penacony (a.k.a the “Land of dreams”) is a space-station like construct and luxury resort in the Asdana star system, run by The Family. Originated as IPC(Interastral Peace Corporation) prison colony to mine "memoria," which induced shared dreams. Post-Stellaron crisis, prisoners seized control; later overtaken by The Family

There are two “realms” of Penacony: Reality and the Dreamscape(the shared dream-realm). Both realms contain their own version of the lavish Reverie Hotel, each room contains a “dreampool” which guests use to access the Dreamscape. The dreamscape resembles a colorful, prosperous city with many restaurants, shops and clubs, amusement parks, with the occasional dream-like, almost fantastical element

The Family is an organization made up by followers of the Aeon (deity) Xipe the Harmony, they advocate unity. Subfactions of the Family have varying responsibilities in managing Penacony: Oak (politics), Alfalfa (economy), Bloodhound (security), Iris (culture + entertainment), Nightingale (construction)

Robin is part of the Iris Family. The most fabulous of artists usually come from the Iris Family. They are the faces of Penacony, in charge of receiving guests and giving performances, providing no shortage of cultured talent for Penacony's pool of artists and celebrities
