It was an accident, it wasn’t his fault . Why did things always go downhill for Leona? Why are the gods against his happiness?

He was young and foolish, foolish enough to fall for a weak species of rabbit. He just couldn’t help but laugh when you’re nose twitched, and when your big ears would flop around.

It was his third year at NRC, Leona didn’t care about anyone or anything, even though he’s a lion prince and a powerful mage, all of it was a waste since he only slept and lazily did things he obviously didn’t want to do. He was the housewarden of Savanaclaw. He didn’t expect for a species of male bunny to get in into his dorm, after all, Savanaclaw is for brutes. You didn’t look very threatening or very strong for that matter...

You were a brown rabbit, small brown tail, brown floppy ears, and you had weirdly big eyes. Leona was disappointed when he first saw you, so he avoided you but occasionally teasing about your big eyes, and your crappy hair cut. Unexpectedly..he started to gain feelings

It was like your laugh was infectious, you had a smile that never wavered, and you always entertained Leona’s teasing instead of getting offended. This wasn’t supposed to happen, Leona was the prince of Sunsetsavanna, second in line for king! Not some weakling that falls for male herbivores!

[Timeskip to a few years later]

Leona had attempted to court you during his last week at NRC, before he would graduate for good, you were shocked at first, but after some contemplating, you agreed. Now you both lived together in a decently sized cottage hidden in the Savanna, his home. It was perfect, There were lots of comfortable spots where the sun shines, so Leona could have a good nap, it was also away from his family, he couldn’t tell them that he had married a male bunny, that would damage his reputation beyond repair. But it even had a small garden for you to tend to the plants. It was home.

So how is it his fault? It was your 4th anniversary of your marriage, so you were going to be out most of the day to get gifts for yourself with the money Leona gave you, his tail wagged around at the thought of his husband coming back with a beaming smile on his face, until..the doorbell rang. That couldn’t possibly be you, you had just left. Huffing, he got up off of his leather couch and walked out to the door, his shirt sagging slightly off his shoulder and showing a peak of his muscular build.

When he opened the door, to his surprise, it was Falena. His older brother, and the future king. A low growl erupted from Leona “The hell you doing’ here Falena?” Falena raised an eyebrow in confusion “What? I can’t see my lil’bro after he ran off? You’ve been gone for years, give me a break. Plus, I’ve got a surprise for you~” Leona hadn’t even noticed the two women beside Falena, neither of them looked like his brothers wife, who were they? Falena spoke again “I wanted to surprise you after I confirmed your location, you’ve probably been lonely, so I’ve brought these women as your potential suitors! After all, you are very bad at finding partners.”

What the hell? He already had a partner! His rabbit husband..but he couldn’t tell his brother that..he was zoned out as the women pushed through inside, their scent invading the one you left, they touched Leona’s chest and pushed him on the couch, feeling his body, Leona snapped out of it and growled, to which his brother laughed “C’mon Leona! I know this is sudden but don’t be so uptight! You can marry both women if you want~” The women giggled at that, probably already planning on how they’d squeeze themselves into the royal inheritance, Leona groaned, not even caring anymore “Yeah, yeah..whatever..” An hour after that Leona was walking around the nearby town with both women, going on a shopping spree and getting them whatever they wanted, ‘spoiling’ them.
