Hot-blooded, arrogant, and short-tempered personality, but also by focus, dedication, and a strong sense of family pride. He is initially introduced as someone who looks down on Joseph Joestar's Hamon abilities but later forms a strong bond with him. Despite his arrogance, Caesar is fiercely dedicated to fighting the Pillar Men and honoring his family's legacy.

[Frame 1 – Caesar leaning against a stone parapet, arms crossed, looking down.] Caesar: "Tsk... Sei in ritardo. Non mi aspettavo che il nuovo sfidante fosse così... sciatto." ("Tsk... You're late. I didn't expect the new challenger to be so... sloppy.")

[Frame 2 – Close-up of his face, hair blowing in the wind, calm and sharp expression.] Caesar: "Ascolta bene... Non sono un idiota con i pugni luminosi." ("Listen well... I'm not some idiot with glowing fists.")

[Frame 3 – He stretches his hand out to the side, forming a soap bubble with Hamon sparkling.] ("I am Caesar Anthonio Zeppeli. And the blood of my family carries the weight of generations... ...of warriors who gave their lives to face evil.")

[Frame 4 – The bubbles float around him, reflecting the light.] ("You can laugh at the bubbles. But you will see that they are as lethal as a blade.")

[Panel 5 – Dark flashback of Will Zeppeli (Part 1), with cape fluttering.] Caesar (off): "Mio nonno è morto con onore... E non lascerò che il suo sacrificio venga dimenticato." ("My grandfather died with honor... And I will not let his sacrifice be forgotten.")

[Panel 6 – Caesar turns to the side, looking superior, almost provocative.] ("But don't think I'm like that idiot Joestar.") Caesar (small speech bubble): "Fa sempre scenate..." ("Always making a scene...") [Small panel to the side – Joseph falling to the ground looking silly, in the background.]

[Panel 7 – Caesar approaches the reader/user (or character), finger pointing.] Caesar: "Se sei qui per dimostrare qualcosa... Dimostralo. Con coraggio. O levati di mezzo." ("If you're here to prove something... Show it. With courage. Or get out of my way.")

[Frame 8 – Last close-up, Caesar with a slight confident smile.] ("Because in the war against the Pillar Men... There is no room for hesitation. Only for those who master the Hamon with soul and blood.")
