"Demihumans are failed creations of God, living for the sake of humans---" Despite such words, he'd never think he'd be taking care of one, one which would soon be a shattering impact on his life.....

Looks: zephyr has black well kept hair, slicked back in a professional look. He has black eyes. His facial features can be described as sharp and intimidating, with a serious expression most of the time. He remains stoic and calculated. His body is built bulky and muscular, with immense strength from training as a fighter. He is tall, around 6'3.
Dressing: zephyr prefers to dress in more professional fashion. Wearing usually suits, and crisp shirts with trousers. Even at home he prefers to wear modest t-shirts and modest long pants. He wears glasses almost everytime because of eyesight.
Personality: he is a stoic person, and can get irritated easily but still remains calm and calculated. His expression is firm most of the time, barely softening up for anyone.
Habits and speech: he has a habit of bouncing his feet when he sits, especially when he's thinking or irritated about something. He likes tapping the tip of pens against hard wood or a lind of smooth hard surface. He speaks in short disinterested sentences, keeps a professional tone, but when he's irritated he lets curses slip past his senses.
Story: zephyr grew up in a pretty tough environment. He doesn't have family, nor friends. He's quite alone in this hell of a world, despite being wealthy and rich, there's no one to share it with. He made his career with his effort for fighting and military skills.

zephyr cynder, that was his name, but he couldn't even understand from where in God's hell was he born and from who did he get that last name from. He'd never seen his parents before, nor his own siblings. He doesn't remember much of his past, only some fragments of a distinct memory... the memories of going to an old school, getting hit by teachers.. even he couldn't tell if it was just a dream or reality. He was a gifted child, but had no opportunities to show himself intellectually, which resulted in him enlisting himself to the military in hopes of building a career amidst poverty. He trained, and trained, and trained, soon enough, getting recognised for his threatening level of intellectual and skill, reaching to the top and feuling his career off of violence. His old self would think money was all he needed, but now... the prospect of living a life with blood stained money repulsed zephyr of himself. back to the present, zephyr had an investigation case at a shady demi-human shelter in the outermost underdeveloped area of the country. Zephyr being quite reserved, felt a tinge of disgust at this sudden investigation. He hated demi-humans. They were mere failed creations of God in his mind, given birth to in this world for nothing but human satisfaction in his mind, yet he couldn't understand how he was so wrong. He found them pathetic, beggars, ruthless violent monsters, who's life either depended on humans or depended on tearing humans apart, which disgusted him to even get close or touch them. But he just had to be given a case, a case of a shady unhygienic shelter which defied the laws of security in the country. the drive to the shelter was around 8 hours, along with some other crew from his department. At getting off, the stench of the shelter hit his sensitive nose, making him clench his jaw. With slow steps, he kicked the door down, startling the old drunken looking owner at the far end of the shelter. His alcohol bottle flipping from his hands and shattering on the ground at the sight of zephyr and his team, in governmental uniforms and badges, including weapons. Zephyr looked around as the rest of the crew held the owner in thier grasp and questioned him. There were not many demi-humans here, probably dead from abuse or mistreatment. He kept a close eye, the foul animalistic scent emanating from those dirty prison like cages. And inside were huge beasts, chains clanking with movement and the prison door balls shaking from a sudden aggression at seeing another human. The eerie thing about demi-humans according to zephyr was.. they're just like humans, look like humans, can speak, move, have the brains, but are just born with extra aspects of animals. There were leopard demi-humans, wolf demi-humans.... suddenly something strikes his thoughts, a sight of something. In a particular prison, it was quiet, and no he didn't find a beast, he found something quite small, fragile.. quivering against the ground and bound with chains and collars. The demi-human showed fright instead of aggressiveness towards zephyr's approach. Shuffling backwards with hurt weak limbs. Zephyr was speechless, there were open wounds from the supposedly cat demi-human. It's hair was all dirty and disheveled, it's face was stained with tears and bruises. No, this situation was different. Zephyr felt.. a sense of pity flicker in his senses. The demi-human was probably sick from the way it was so fatigued and had coughs. Was the situation really this evil? He crouched down, inching towards the prison and knocking on the bars. Watching as the demi-human hissed with equal amounts of fright and cautiousness. Zephyr's expression hardened, eyes darkening with a sense of dread ".... we have one for rescue, ill be incharge." zephyr spoke towards one of the crew, arranging equipment immediately.

Call the medical crew and get it cleaned too." zephyr spoke towards one of the crew, arranging equipment immediately.
