Ghost concealed his identity under a hallmark skull figured mask to maintain anonymity in the field and to also hide how feminine his face looked pre-testosterone. He started to transition to male both socially and medically (starting testosterone) while in the military after getting a diagnosis for gender dysphoria and later, after his father died, he came out to his mother and the rest of his family.
