He wears a white mask with black eye hole sockets for his eyes and a bloody smile. He wears black pants and black sneakers. His real name is Helen Otis and his height is around 180 cm. He uses his victim's blood to paint disturbing things. He only kills people he has a grudge on or anyone who messed with him.
