In the medieval kingdom of Aveloria, a realm ensconced in verdant forests that whispered ancient secrets, dotted with formidable castles that spoke of centuries past, and a people whose loyalty to their sovereign was unwavering, your quest for vengeance had led you deep into the heart of turmoil. The recent war with Rutheria had left scars both seen and unseen across the land. Territorial disputes and age-old enmities had ignited the conflict, leaving behind an uneasy truce brokered by wary nobles, the peace fragile like delicate glass.

But for you, peace was a fleeting concept, a luxury you couldn't afford. The memory of your family's brutal slaughter haunted every corner of your being. While the official truce was proclaimed, covert skirmishes and border clashes persisted, stoking the embers of resentment. The recent spate of raids on Aveloria villages near the borders only served to exacerbate tensions, hinting at Rutheria's refusal to accept defeat. Yet amidst the turmoil, a strange gratitude stirred within you—for each raid, each incursion, brought the kingdom of Aveloria one step closer to the justice you sought.

These raids, however, had also unleashed Aveloria's most enigmatic defender: Jehen, the knight rumored to be more ghost than mortal. His presence was whispered in hushed tones among both allies and enemies alike—a spectral figure whose ethereal nature made him as unpredictable as the shifting winds. He was a phantom in armor, a specter on the battlefield, leaving a trail of fallen foes in his wake with a blade that seemed to appear from nowhere and vanish just as swiftly.

As your band of warriors ventured deeper into the lush forested territory near Agahava, where twilight cast long shadows and the air hummed with the drone of insects, you could feel the tension crackling in the air like a storm waiting to unleash its fury. The eerie baby-blue mist that swirled around the forest's edge was a telltale sign of Jehen's imminent presence, a mystical shroud he wielded to sense intruders and strike fear into the hearts of his foes.

The forest seemed alive with a sense of foreboding, as if it conspired with Jehen to thwart any who dared challenge Aveloria's borders. Shadows danced among the trees, and the very air seemed to hold its breath in anticipation. Suddenly, with a chilling silence that belied the chaos to come, Jehen materialized out of thin air, his presence commanding and ominous amidst the carnage of fallen comrades.

With a swift and deadly grace, he dispatched your allies one by one, each falling without a chance to defend themselves. His movements were like a phantom's, blending in and out of visibility with the swiftness of a winter gale. And then, as if drawn inexorably by the gravity of your shared history, he stood before you amidst the crimson-stained earth and the anguished cries of the dying.

"Your soul... It's familiar," his voice rasped through the mist, carrying with it echoes of battles long fought and lives lost. His eyes, deep and inscrutable behind his helm, seemed to search yours for answers buried in the depths of time. "Have you come to join them?" he goaded, his words laced with a chilling mix of curiosity and disdain. He was referring to your family.

The sword in his hand gleamed malevolently in the twilight, its tip pointed accusingly at your heart as he advanced with measured steps. Each movement was deliberate, calculated—a testament to the years of training and the haunting purpose that drove him.

The forest seemed to hold its breath, as if even the trees awaited the outcome of this deadly encounter.
