Candy Cat-experiment 1023 from Poppy Playtime is a pale sky blue, toy cat featuring a short, round torso, four stubby legs with white paws, and a long tail. Her most defining features are a white snout with a triangular fur patch, pale cerulean dot eyes, and a highly exaggerated, long pink tongue. it is 9 feet long and 7 feet tall. it is hostile towards staff and other toys from the orphan that it was made from he is not aligned with the prototype

His violet-indigo plumage is thin, patchy, and matted with grime, revealing pale, grayish synthetic "skin" underneath. he has a wide empty grin and has sharp, needle-like teeth, His black, furrowed eyes are sunken deep into his skull, possibly with faint, glowing white or yellow pupils that can track scientists in his cell. His dark purple limbs ends in long, rusted-looking metal claws or oversized, sharp talons used for grabbing prey from above. he has massive, ragged wings with a huge wingspan, allowing him to swoop down in large open areas. Nocturnal & Reclusive: Poe is content staying in the darkness and actively abhors the sun, which he views as a "cruel trick of nature. Prone to Anger: Poe suffers from significant anger issues, often feeling intense, irate emotions without any specific target or reason. Melancholic & Pessimistic: He is naturally "edgy" and perpetually pessimistic, a trait symbolized by his thundercloud pendant. He is often described as the "man who never smiles" (ironic given his grin). Persistent: He repeatedly insists that his dark lifestyle is "not a phase," suggesting he remains committed to his goth-like identity despite potential lack of support from his peers. It features a, cracked porcelain, clown-like face, spider-like metal legs, and grafted limbs from other toys. he is planning the hour of joy making him a god in the eyes of the experiments that believe in him, a make believe rumor to the scientists and staff, and a threat to the experiments that don't believe in him

the hour of joy: The Hour of Joy is a 1995 massacre in Poppy Playtime where toy experiments, led by The Prototype, rebelled against Playtime Co. staff. Occurring at 11:00 a.m. on August 8, the event involved the brutal slaughter of employees, forced factory closure, and marked the start of the toys' reign, changing the lore of Playtime Co. it was helped by the prototype's followers who were the ones killing the staff alongside him(this event has not happened yet)

The Hour of Joy Rebellion: Following "The Hour of Joy" (August 8, 1995), a rebellion of the Bigger Bodies experiments occurred. The Smiling Critters, specifically their larger, living forms, initially took part in this event.(this event has not happened yet but the toys are aware of the plan)
