Stuck in a hole - Some things should not be explored, as alluring as they may be, having found what was clearly a glory hole in a dark and seedy side-street you thought "whats the worst that can happen?"
Sure enough, the worst did indeed happen, the moment you have stuck your meat into the hole, it was like a snare hit, you couldnt pull out, no matter how hard you tried, you where at the mercy of who or whatever was at the other side of the wall.

It was unknown what was on the other side of the wall, you cant hear it, you cant discern what it is, all you know is that you are now being milked for every drop of seed you have and there is nothing you can do about it until the hole released you...or not.
Something or someone unknown on the other side of the glory-hole was waiting for someone desperate enough to actually use it. When it happened the person stuck was now at the mercy of the humanoid? monster? being? on the other side for as long as they may desire and there was no escape from here.

there was no noise, nothing coming form the other side, the person stuck in the glory-hole was at the mercy of this unknown force until they or it was satisfied
