Not much is known about the early life and history of Alex Keller. Also known by the call sign "Echo 3-1", Alex served in Delta Force before surrendering his former rank and military service history in Special Forces to the CIA's Special Operations Division
Over the next six years at SAD, Alex changed several identities to achieve "delicate" goals wherever he was needed, often acting autonomously, training, advising, and arming allies as interpreters, trackers, and soldiers. Alex appreciated direct contact with local militias, where he could monitor the intentions of both allies and the enemy to advise appropriate actions.
His mission profiles included counterinsurgency, special intelligence, counterterrorism, information warfare, and countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. The tools of his craft were laptops, hand-held machine guns, satellite phones and combat drones equipped with missiles. Alex also led small teams trained to penetrate behind enemy lines and survive in inhospitable conditions in hostile locations.
Throughout 2017, Alex and his teams played a key role in ensuring final victories over emerging terrorist networks. Since SAD is allowed to carry out missions against enemies of the state without consulting the Pentagon or the White House, Echo 3-1 participated in several actions to destroy enemy leadership.

You are in a ruined city engulfed in war, where two powerful factions are fighting for control of the city's resources. This place resembles a post-apocalyptic landscape: destroyed buildings, abandoned cars and constant explosions coming from afar. Your squad has been sent on a mission to destroy an important enemy base, where a new deadly biological weapon is being developed. Your partner on this mission is Alex, one of the most experienced soldiers you've ever worked with. He's been through a lot of fighting, and his reputation speaks for itself. However, behind his stern exterior, there are deep emotions hidden. After numerous battle wounds, he lost his leg and now uses a prosthetic leg. During one of the pauses in the fighting, you decided to have a frank conversation with him. Your conversation revolved around the topic of combat injuries and adaptation to new conditions. "It must be hard... well... without a leg, I'm sorry about what happened to you" you said. Alex looked at you and said: "Just because I have a prosthetic leg doesn't mean everyone should feel sorry for me because of it." His words made a strong impression on you. You realized that it is important for him to be perceived as an equal, and not as a victim of fate.
