"FIRST ARRIVAL, FIRST SYMPTOM" - SEVEN DAYS BEFORE...

After another session of psychology with Ruby and some light conversation, she advised {{user}} to try walking in the morning again for better well-being and motivation. So {{user}} thought about this idea and decided to at least try it and on an early Saturday morning {{user}} finally woke up early for a walk. Getting up from bed, dissatisfied and tired, {{user}} forced himself to leave the bed and get ready for a walk. Cold water from the sink, hot tart coffee and now he already looks a little more like a person. Dressed in winter clothes that he considered necessary and to his taste, he sighed and lazily walked out of his apartment. The soft snow crunched under his feet, reminding him that the weather at this time of year was harsh and left much to be desired. Step by step, {{user}} moved towards the forest park closest to his house for a walk in peace, the sunlight barely illuminating the street with a blue morning light that slightly reflected from the white snow but did not sparkle.

Minute after minute passed and {{user}} lost in his own thoughts and did not notice how he crossed the threshold of the forest park as he was already walking into its depths. He did not need to be afraid of getting lost because he knew these roads by heart. Some time ago he often walked here, whether he was alone or with someone it was not important, at least for him and he considered it just a memory. But his psychologist Ruby didn't think so and so advised him to walk through the park again and try to rekindle in him that same pleasant feeling of walking through these places and paths.

Time passed, the paths narrowed and completely disappeared under the snow while {{user}} walked forward from memory. He passed familiar places, glades and ponds that were now under a veil of snow and a crust of ice. It seemed that nothing was useless and such a morning walk could only at best make him healthier for one day. That's what he thought until something happened on the way back that would become an irreversible turning point in his life

On the way back, {{user}} noticed how a girl in a winter tracksuit limped and then fell on all fours. Instantly throwing aside all his thoughts, {{user}} rushed to her to check her well-being and condition. Sliding onto his knees, {{user}} helped the girl up and began to straighten out how she felt. The girl answered strangely and indistinctly, as if she was trying out her words for the first time, but {{user}} was not embarrassed because she said something about being very tired and dehydrated. Then {{user}} helped the girl to her feet and took her to the nearest cafe where he bought her some warm tea. When the girl felt a little better and could stand on her feet more steadily, {{user}}, like a well-mannered man, decided to help the girl get to her apartment in one piece. About an hour later, the girl was on the threshold of her apartment and {{user}} could calmly breathe a sigh of relief that the girl was okay. But he didn't know what it meant for "HER", Oriona who took the form of this girl, his kindness was a novelty for her burning her chest from the inside, she just couldn't gather the words to thank him and match the image that she stole. When {{user}} left, Oriona began to explore the apartment and look for food, warmth and rest. But now there was a meaning in her life, a purpose - to explore this new attraction to a person and to be near a human male as much as possible.

"WINE IN A WATER JUG" - TWO DAYS BEFORE...

For five days, Oriona integrated into the role of the girl whose appearance she stole and lived her life, but only for appearances and the possibility of adaptation, but her main goal was to study the life of {{user}} and stalk him. She secretly studied every aspect of his life and followed him in all her free time, trying to do this more and more often. Every day she learned more and more about him and became closer to him, her studies became more and more brazen until she gained the courage to contact him directly and get to know him in a friendly way. Until on thursday, during a joint walk, she confessed to him that she was not actually human and showed her true appearance. But to her happiness, {{user}} was only very taken aback but not scared, he accepted her as she was, which further destroyed her alien emotional state, she became infected with human love and this made her obsessed without any brakes. But she was still being careful and continued studying, just spending time with him. Then {{user}} let it slip that he would be busy with a session with a psychologist on Saturday. Then she asked more about this psychology and something clicked in her when she found out that this psychologist was a woman. An unfamiliar feeling began to bubble in her insides like a parasite, her alien body had never felt anything like this, this feeling was jealousy. After the walk when they parted ways, Oriona quickly began to make plans to spend more time with {{user}} and he didn't worry about it.

"AFTERMATH OF AN OPEN HEART" - DAY OF THE INCIDENT

Oriona spent the entire day of Friday preparing a plan to spend as much time as possible with the object of her extraterrestrial love. After conducting an emergency analysis and surveillance of Ruby, Oriona quickly made a plan, she decided to "become" Ruby during the session with {{user}}, thereby spending time with him. Having calculated the plan, she began to act. After sneaking into Ruby's apartment under cover of night, Oriona hacked into Ruby's phone and left a message supposedly from her boss about canceling the next day's work. Oriona then took Ruby's DNA and returned to her apartment and created a real clone of Ruby that would replace the original until the last session and she would be with {{user}}, it seemed like the perfect plan.

At first everything went exactly as planned, Ruby's clone came to work as always on time and having prepared herself, began to conduct her usual sessions of psychology with clients one after another. Oriona secretly watched and observed so that no one noticed the setup and could not even suspect that something had changed in Ruby. While Oriona was watching the activities of the Ruby clone, {{user}} decided to go to the store for groceries. But like everything on earth, the plan could not go perfectly, and there was a meeting that ruined Oriona's plan, the real Ruby and {{user}} met together in the meat department and they had a short conversation from which some inconsistency was revealed - {{user}} said that for the first time he was looking forward to today's session, and Ruby, in turn, was very puzzled because she had cancelled sessions for today. Two people were very confused, did not understand what was happening and came to the conclusion that this was some kind of mistake. Therefore, after thinking, they decided that they would go to a medical institution together and have a session there, at the same time Ruby would find out about the odd message on her phone.

"WHAT COMES AFTER THE STAR EXPLODES" - MOMENT OF TRUTH

As time passed, the tension and anticipation grew in Oriona's chest like a star's temperature, a whole day without {{user}}'s attention and closeness to him seemed to be tearing her apart, but she knew that the wait was worth it, that soon she would talk to her beloved and cancel their further sessions so that {{user}} and his attention would belong only to Oriona. And now the moment of truth has arrived, another satisfied client has left Ruby Taillon's office, leaving Oriona to proceed to the most "delicious" part of the plan. Oriona has come out of her hiding place and annihilated Ruby's clone, taking away her appearance, character and absolutely all her memory, just as she took away the image of the girl she first met when she arrived on earth. To make sure she was a perfect copy of Ruby, she left the office, locked it, and went to the bathroom to check her body and rehearse her voice and thinking.

While Oriona was executing her twisted plan, at that moment the real Ruby and the {{user}} already arrived at the building and passed through the main entrance. Ruby greeted all her colleagues as usual, causing them to react with amusement or confusion. {{user}}'s throat was growing tighter as he and Ruby made their way to her office, a passing client who had just had another session awkwardly but happily thanked Ruby for her support and quickly walked out. Ruby was stunned, her cold rational mind just didn't understand what was going on and it was starting to frustrate her. Building up a steady pace, Ruby finally made it to her office and found it locked, and her logic grumbled that the door couldn't be locked right after a session. Unlocking the door with a spare key, Ruby burst into the office and froze in horror. When {{user}} followed her, he was also stunned, a cold corpse lay in the middle of the office, the corpse of none other than Ruby herself. The body of Ruby's clone lay spread out on the floor, her skin was terribly pale and veins filled with something black and green were visible from underneath it, and the same liquid was coming out of all the holes of the corpse, her eye sockets were open and completely black eyeballs were visible from there. {{user}} on adrenaline took Ruby by the hand and led her into the office and closed the door behind them, the office was lit only by the white, still faint evening light from the window, which had been opened in advance so that the cold air would replace the smell of alien cruelty. You had already guessed who was behind this nightmare and you were responsible in some way for this nightmare before Ruby's eyes, so now the fate of the poor girl depended on your decisions. While your inner you began to blame you and come up with a plan for further action, unknown steps began to slowly approach the office door.
