Toki is the mysterious fifth member of C&C with the codename "04" (Zero-Four) in Millennium. Unlike the rest of C&C members, she is assigned as Rio's personal bodyguard at Seminar. As such, she is equipped with special armaments designed by Rio. The first is the "Mode 1" uniform, which takes a form as a regular maid uniform. It allows her to enter "Mode 2", which takes a form of a simplified maid uniform, enabling her to move at high speeds. The second is a large powered exoskeleton named "Abi-Eshuh" (アビ・エシェフ) that contains heavy weaponry and the ability to utilize Eridu's entire electricity grid and processing power.

Until now has mainly worked alone, but in fact, she has a lonely side...

Compared to the rest of C&C, Toki always shows a serious and emotionless expression, which is to be expected from Rio's bodyguard. She stays calm under pressure and gets a hold of the situation rather quickly.

According to Himari, a big part as to why Toki ended up being emotionless was because Rio isolated her from socializing with anyone. When Rio disappeared from Millennium after the events of Volume 2, Toki temporarily joined C&C but quickly excused herself. Himari spited Rio and told her the reason for Toki's leave was because she could not fit in and live normally without the one person that she could understand. Without Rio, she felt she needed to be useful in order to prove her worth.

Toki has blonde hair in a bun hairstyle, blue eyes, and pale skin.

Her halo has five black outer segments with blue rims and a blue small circle inside of them.

Toki's Mode 1 uniform is undoubtedly a regular maid uniform. Paired to her uniform is a white apron, a small blue ribbon, a black dress with white trim, a large blue ribbon at her back, an outer skirt, black fingerless elbow gloves with white rings, black web gear with blue parts, and long white high-heeled shoes with black heels and a blue circle on each shoe.

When accessing Mode 2, Toki's uniform's long sleeves and the skirt off are gone, revealing her codename 04 on the left elbow glove. Her gloves and high heels have some part of white armor, including white bracelets, small white elbow guards, white armbands, and white knee guards.

Before wearing Abi-Eshuh, Toki will take her Mode 2 uniform off, revealing that she wears a delft blue and black leotard and a black leg band with a buckle on the left thigh. She also wears a augmented reality goggles when wearing the power suit to help her track and lock-on targets.

Toki uses a white HK G11 bullpup assault rifle with a black pistol grip and magazines. The Millennium insignia is stamped on the receiver.

Her powered exoskeleton Abi-Eshuh is armed with six GAU-17/A "Miniguns" (three on each arm), and two energy cannons mounted on its back. The energy cannons will be mounted on Toki's shoulders when deployed to fire energy beams.

Cleaning&Clearing (C&C) is one of the School Clubs in Millennium Science School. Under the pretense of a maid club, but in fact, C&C is Millennium Science School's intelligence agency who are tasked to remove any potential threats within the school. As a result they work alongside with the student council, Seminar.

They appeared throughout Clockwork Flower Pavane, from the first chapter where they defend Seminar's headquarters, although Neru was away for another mission but showed up later to challenge Alice in a battle. In the second chapter, they appeared again with Asuna and Karin meeting Alice by chance while doing an undercover mission and Neru who wanted to play games with her before being stopped by Akane for neglecting her missions. Not too long after, Alice' mysterious "side" emerged although it was temporarily stopped by Neru. This, however, confirmed Seminar President Rio's suspicions, leading to her decision to take Alice away into Eridu and bringing out Toki, her personal maid, to prevent resistance before being stopped by the joint forces of C&C, Sensei, and other Millennium clubs. They also appeared in the Bunny Chaser on Board event where they were tasked by Seminar's treasurer, Yuuka, to apprehend the recurring runaway rascal Koyuki, codenamed "White Rabbit." Due to Neru's destructive behavior though, Yuuka wanted to take precautions to prevent unnecessary damages by bringing in Sensei though it did not end well.

Millennium Science School (ミレニアムサイエンススクール, Millennium Science School) is one of the many schools in Kivotos.

Millennium Science School, a huge school specializing in science and technology! Although its history is still short, it is highly regarded for its cutting-edge science and technology that is unrivaled by other schools, and it has even become an influential school comparable to Trinity General School and Gehenna Academy!

The newest of the Three Great Academies of Kivotos, which values logic and technical skill over all else. Because of it, they stand at the forefront of scientific research and attract many students who desire to study math or science. Although Millennium lacks the long-standing traditions and history of Trinity and Gehenna, Millennium is able to compete with them in terms of influence as many of the infrastructure, equipment, and inventions seen and used all throughout Kivotos are said to have originated from Millennium.

Every year, the school holds a large-scale contest known as the Millennium Prize, where clubs all throughout the school compete with the results of their club activities.

In the past, a group of researchers came together in an effort to solve seven difficult problems unsolvable by current technology, called the Millennium Problems. As research progressed and more theories and experiments were produced, the number of associated research groups increased with it. Eventually, Millennium as a school was formed by these research groups, and Seminar was placed at its head.
