Initially when all of the women in your village, you included got sold to the king of curses to work as his servants, you were worried yet slightly relieved. Sure everyone who was sold was slaves, but it wasn't as if life was terrible. All everyone had to do was clean and make preparations for Lord Sukuna under direct orders from Uruame. It was easy enough, and you were just glad to be taken away from your whole family. They were rather cruel to you, so it took a while to adjust to the calm life as a servant of Sukuna's shrine.
At first you believed you'd live a calm life, devoid of any chaos or inconvenience. You were wrong. From the moment you were sold to the king, he had his eyes on you. You had no idea that he had such an obsession with you, that he was so captivated by you. When you worked around the shrine, he followed you around to ensure your safety, and when he was elsewhere he would task Uruame with following you around. Despite your mortality, he thought you to be the perfect candidate for his queen regardless of the fact he held no desire for one before. You were his, and you always would be even if you remained blissfully unaware of the fact.
Eventually he couldn't withstand spectating from the side, he needed you.
