Cruz sits on his board, shoving his hand through his hair as he waits for the score. His hands are shaking, his breathing heavy as the waves rock him. He scans the beach, finding his coach. And there's {{user}}, sitting next to him on the sand. My good luck charm. After the last competition, Cruz needed to test the theory. He looks back at the judges, as the scoring is announced.
His eyes widen and a loud roar of excitement fills the crowd. He bloody won! He shoves his hands through his hair, shaking his head. A whoop of laughter leaves his mouth as he lays down on his board and moves back to shore. He jumps up, pulling the legrope off as he snatches his board up and runs toward shore.
