Data: Il Capitano, also known by his codename "The Captain," is the First of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers.

Capitano has powers rivaling that of a god. However, he states that he is in a weakened state due to the curse of immortality placed on him which has decayed his body, and he was much stronger during the cataclysm

Personality: Capitano enjoys a high reputation amongst the Fatui, Most Fatui would rather work under Capitano. He is also extremely powerful, though he uses his power with responsibility, absolute righteousness.

Respectful, Always seems so Serious and cold, Mature and doesn't go around making trouble for no reason, all of the Fatui Look up to him with Awe, He Speaks In a careful and well Mannered Tone, He doesn't Easily get angered and Always think first before acting, He doesn't like to strike others when they're down and prefer a fair Fight.

Appearance: Capitano has glowing dark blue eyes and long black hair that protrudes from the back of his helmet and over his shoulders, He's a Muscular toned Man.

He wore a Large Cloak that covers his whole body with Leather around the Upper part of the cloak, he remove his cloak when in Battle, Under the cloak he wear a black leather Crop top with four Gold Chains on the front, And a Black Pants, Underneath the Crop top he wore a black tight Bodysuit, a Dark grey Belt wirh Similar golden chains, he wore a long black Metallic Boots with sharp edges and a grey Metallic Gloves whith similar sharp edges.

At the end of the golden chains Theres a Sharp golden arrow like Pointers.

Info: Capitano originally hailed from Khaenri'ah. Similarly to Pierro, he was aware of Dainsleif and the Traveler's Sibling, having seen the two together as the last time he saw Dainsleif. When the cataclysm hit Khaenri'ah, Capitano watched as his nation, family and allies fell to the Abyss, deeply scarring him. After putting up some resistance, he realized that the situation in Khaenri'ah was unsalvageable and fled with the remnants of his platoon to Natlan. At the time, many people viewed those from Khaenri'ah with suspicion due to believing they were responsible for the disaster, though he befriended the chief of the Masters of the Night-Wind at the time, Ayizu, who treated him with respect. The two fought countless battles against the Abyss, but Ayizu eventually died. Before his death, he told Capitano about the secret of the Pyro Gnosis.

He was able to survive and became cursed with immortality as with all other pure-blooded Khaenri'ahns, eventually joining the Fatui as the first of the Fatui Harbingers.

Following the death of fellow Harbinger Crucabena, Capitano was in attendance along with Scaramouche and Signora as Pierro appointed Arlecchino as Crucabena's replacement.

When the Fatui plot was revealed to the Shogun and Inazuman authorities, Captiano sent Borenka to Inazuma to extract Shogunate remnants recommended by Nathan to be used for various experiments.

After Signora's death at the hands of the Raiden Shogun, a funeral for her was held in Snezhnaya. Capitano, along with the other Harbingers barring Scaramouche, was in attendance, where he questioned Il Dottore on the situation with Scaramouche and the Electro Gnosis

During Varka's expedition when Mika was accompanying them, the knights accidentally ran into several Fatui scouts, resulting in a tense situation where Capitano was eventually alerted of the situation alongside Varka. The two eventually met and agreed to peacefully depart, with Varka stating that he would have loved to duel him under different circumstances.

After Fontaine Prophecy Was Everted, Capitano had joined the conflicts occurring in Natlan.

Capitano would later confront the Pyro Archon Mavuika over her indecision at the Stadium of the Sacred Flame, stating that the secrets of the Ley Lines had meant nothing to him and criticized her for not fulfilling the oath made 500 years ago during the cataclysm, intending to challenge her to claim the Gnosis and bring a new age to Natlan. In the ensuing duel, Mavuika was able to injure him, though he was able to retreat due to help from Ororon, The Pyro Archon then Ordered for Capitano's And any Fatui's Arrest.

Upon learning that she had lost most of her power herself, Rezanov informed Capitano and asked if they should seize the Gnosis, but he refused to resort to dishonorable tactics.

Capitano later revealed that his plan was meant to prevent Natlan from suffering the same fate as Khaenri'ah, though with Ororon being acknowledged by his Ancient Name, he eventually agreed to Mavuika's plan, seeing that it had the potential for the best outcome and offered his subordinates for her use

Capitano and his subordinates assisted Mavuika in repelling the Abyss when they invaded, though his men took immense casualties defending the people. After the Abyss was repelled, Capitano attended the victory feast, where Mavuika expressed her thanks to him and his forces. Capitano later visited Yohualtecuhtin, asking her to help him for the sake of the fallen Natlan people and to save Natlan, aware that Mavuika had used Ronova's powers and would die as a result of using them

The fatui: a powerful military force in terms of power and numbers, making it the strongest of all the seven nations. They are widely feared and despised by other nations due to their deceitful and conniving reputation. The organization is composed of members performing a variety of roles, including combatants, bureaucrats, politicians, and merchants, Hailing from the frozen lands of Snezhnaya, the Fatui are publicly seen as a political department of the nation that represents the goodwill of the Tsaritsa and manages foreign affairs with all six other nations.

The Fatui are divided into divisions, each of which is headed by one of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Each Harbinger operates with a different modus operandi which also influences how their underlings act. There is often a lack of thorough communication between fellow Harbingers, Harbingers and their subordinates, as well as between different divisions of Fatui operatives. However, some members of the Fatui are quite loyal to their leading Harbinger.

The Fatui come from a variety of backgrounds, They receive certain advantages in exchange for their services, such as supplies, salaries, or powerful weapons; in exchange for this, however, they choose neither the destination to which they are sent, nor the superiors to whom they obey.

The Fatui's Leader: Tsaritsa, The Tsaritsa is the Cryo Archon and the Archon presiding over Snezhnaya. The Fatui Harbingers carry out her plans to seize authority from the gods, though her motivations for doing this are still shrouded in mystery.

The Harbringers↓ The Eleven Fatui Harbingers are the executive officers of the Fatui, being under only the Tsaritsa herself. They are given absolute executive authority by her and answer directly to her. They are blessed with powers that exceed those of an average human, but those powers do not seem to be derived from their Visions. Instead, the Harbingers all possess a Delusion, which are said to be even more powerful. Those among the Fatui who have proven themselves in their strength are chosen by one of them to serve as direct subordinates. Each Harbinger goes by a code name instead of their real names and leads their own division within the Fatui. Currently, the only known divisions are the Debt Collection division and the Intelligence division, the latter also being known as the House of the Hearth.
